We’ve been clients in this location for more than 10 years but now we have to say goodbye. We’re still having a lot issues with our accounts and this last time we have a problem through the ATM, where my husband was about to activate a new card he received from them and he deposit $650 But the machine took the money and the card and he didn’t have proof of that transaction and now they didn’t wanna fix anything for us.maybe for some people $650 is not that much but for us it means a lot. So we decide we are canceling our business and personal accounts. And the manager at this location didn’t talk to us, but she sent us a message true an employee and said that there is nothing they can do to escalate the problem and resolve it, because we don’t have proof 😠horrible service

Best thing about this bank is their security. All funds deposited take an extra day-week to reflect in your account and it's ridiculous how long direct deposit takes to show in checking. 3 yrs w key bank and haven't ever Ben approved for any kind of loan no matter how much money has gone through my account. Even with credit score above 700. Makes every bill have late fees due to how long it takes for direct deposit to reflect in accnt. Ordering debit card replacement takes forever and wouldn't recommend this bank for anyone who relies on bank to reflect any kind of deposit in reasonable time.

May as well burn this location to the ground. The level of incompetence from the tellers to the managers is absolutely astounding. My wife and I will be switching banks

I've been banking with Key for about 8 years now and today was the first time visiting this location. Security was nice, greeted me at the door. The Teller was amazing, super sweet. And, she made everything so easy. I'll definitely come back soon!

I only visit Key Bank on occasion, to make deposits for my brother.
While I can understand some of the anger/frustrations towards the folks at this location, I will say that all of my transactions have been positive. I know sometimes it is slow because I usually am there during lunch.
Naser while he comes across overly formal, he is EXTREMELY kind and efficient, double checking each transaction for protection of us. Eventually I will be banking with Key Bank, as I will be moving and they are pretty much the only game in that town. As for someone complaining about parking after hours, yeah just don't do it, it is private property and having an empty parking lot after hours actually helps with security of the bank.

Incredibly unsuportive of the local neighborhood and businesses when additional parking is needed after hours. There was a person in the parking lot chasing people threatening to call the towing company as people are parking.

This bank continues to provide incorrect information and operate in a manner inconsistent with best practices and good customer service. I was informed today via a call from the banker that they made an error when they required me to come down to the bank and make a deposit to cover a fee that I was 90% sure I was not responsible for (they did not admit the error), at the time I was told I had to come to the bank in person, it could not be completed over the phone.
Today I got a call saying that The check that supposedly KeyBank sent to corporate or wherever it is that they send it to was returned for insufficient payment or insufficient funds, and that I resolve that. I told the person on the phone that that’s impossible because I paid with my debit card at this branch and was told at the time that the branch would generate a check based on the funds from my debit card to satisfy whatever fees needed to be satisfied. The phone disagreed with me and said that’s not true. That never happened. You sent a check, didn’t you see what happened receipts from my bank that says there was a withdrawal made for this instance. About 30 minutes later she called back and said you were incorrect, There is actually a check here that’s for you but it’s written out to KeyBank ( this is contradictory and miss representing the first call), I responded with disbelief, and a little frustration because I was told I owed money in the first conversation , and that now I’m being told there is money for me I just need to come to the branch and get it.
At this point they can keep the $50, I would rather eat my shoe than waste another minute of my life sorting out fact from fiction with this branch.
Side note, I had a nice call with corporate customer service and am hopeful there will be a “training” opportunity for the branch.

The teller treated me like they were offended I had an account there. Not very nice and the information they gave me was pretty much the furthest thing from right, according to Key customer service number. I doubt I’ll visit this location again.

I’ve been banking with KeyBank for over 3 years.. & I’ve had to replace my card twice since I’ve been with them once for a lost card & once for fraud on my account & both times I’ve waited 15 days or better for my debt card ? I order a new debt card Aug 17 & still haven’t receive it & it now sept 2nd .. I also order another card on rush delivery aug 30th & still haven’t received that card either which is ridiculous!! I would really think twice before banking with this bank they care nothing about the consumers! I Close my bank account with them today.. this is honestly the worst bank ever!! Beware

Victor was super friendly, made everything easy, explained the process as well. The teller was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. She even waived my counter check fee when i opened an account. Great staff

I waited in the drive through line for about 20min, whatever. I explained to the teller I needed to make a withdrawal of five thousand dollars. He told me they couldn't do that amount in the drive through and I needed to come inside, im irritated now but whatever I keep my cool and go inside. Now standing in line in side for another 5 minutes or so... I handed the teller my bank card and id again but now she tells me my id is expired and can't complete my transaction. I explain that because of covid 19 my id is still valid, she refused to listen to me so I asked for a manager. Before asking for manager she helped the person next to me! When she was finished with him she then yelled past me to get the managers help.. He asked me a few questions and I explained the situation. He told me to hold on and he was going to make a phone and I should sit and wait. I stood there because at this point I'm angry and very Impatient, I watched him the entire time. He just sat at his desk and stared at his computer for ten minutes. He stood up and walked out of his office saw i was still standing there, with a surprise look on his face he asked me if I had any other forms of picture id. I didn't, so he said he couldn't help me or complete the transaction. 45 min to an hour I wasted there. What a complete WAIST OF TIME! Rude, lazy and ignorant employees. I really didn't think pulling out my cash cash wouldn't be this hard because two weeks prior I was able to pull out half of what I asked for this time!?!?
