The teller treated me like they were offended I had an account there. Not very nice and the information they gave me was pretty much the furthest thing from right, according to Key customer service number. I doubt I’ll visit this location again.

I’ve been banking with KeyBank for over 3 years.. & I’ve had to replace my card twice since I’ve been with them once for a lost card & once for fraud on my account & both times I’ve waited 15 days or better for my debt card ? I order a new debt card Aug 17 & still haven’t receive it & it now sept 2nd .. I also order another card on rush delivery aug 30th & still haven’t received that card either which is ridiculous!! I would really think twice before banking with this bank they care nothing about the consumers! I Close my bank account with them today.. this is honestly the worst bank ever!! Beware

Victor was super friendly, made everything easy, explained the process as well. The teller was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. She even waived my counter check fee when i opened an account. Great staff

I waited in the drive through line for about 20min, whatever. I explained to the teller I needed to make a withdrawal of five thousand dollars. He told me they couldn't do that amount in the drive through and I needed to come inside, im irritated now but whatever I keep my cool and go inside. Now standing in line in side for another 5 minutes or so... I handed the teller my bank card and id again but now she tells me my id is expired and can't complete my transaction. I explain that because of covid 19 my id is still valid, she refused to listen to me so I asked for a manager. Before asking for manager she helped the person next to me! When she was finished with him she then yelled past me to get the managers help.. He asked me a few questions and I explained the situation. He told me to hold on and he was going to make a phone and I should sit and wait. I stood there because at this point I'm angry and very Impatient, I watched him the entire time. He just sat at his desk and stared at his computer for ten minutes. He stood up and walked out of his office saw i was still standing there, with a surprise look on his face he asked me if I had any other forms of picture id. I didn't, so he said he couldn't help me or complete the transaction. 45 min to an hour I wasted there. What a complete WAIST OF TIME! Rude, lazy and ignorant employees. I really didn't think pulling out my cash cash wouldn't be this hard because two weeks prior I was able to pull out half of what I asked for this time!?!?

This bank doesnt assist any members that need too walk in an do banking,only by appointment, which is non productive for a client..

Way understaffed. Not the employees fault, they are great. It's a corporate thing. They take your money and treat you like an inconvenience.

Banking is ok. Friendly tellers. Have no issues. Except there line and they take forever! They have 1 maybe 2 tellers that actually work at once. If you go there plan on being there minimum 10 minutes up to 20 or 30 just for a withdraw...

keybank phone service is a joke in itself. when you add in the snutty mocking attitude of the personnel teller, its hard to want to bank here. I blame myself, this is my second time here and I should've known have known what to expect. if anyone reads this, please note that only 2 whole people ever liked this page.

I have a laundromat business and I have the most cash deposit. Very friendly and helpful. especially branch manager He spent a time helping us and always great service, he is the best !Thank you.

Sent them a payment of 283, they duplicated it FOUR TIMES totaling over 1200 including the "insufficient fund fees". Not expecting any bank to do this, now my main account is 700 in the NEGITVES. Along with my credit card being on hold since 9.27.19 when they seen this "suspicious activity" start. Going on 2 WEEKS they have ruined all my forms of payments, wont unfreeze their own after addressing the issue...

If you're into waiting a week to access funds from a check deposit, this is your place! This has happened both times I've walked in to deposit a check. Never had this problem with any other bank. Funny how you can send money wherever you'd like to wherever in the world, but if you walk in a check to deposit, they'll sit on it for 7-10 days.
