Let's see...where should I begin? I brought my CRV in to be serviced last week on 11/21 and mentioned in detail that there was a loud grating/grinding noise when starting the car that had been occurring for the past year or so. Somehow last year during my maintenance the service guys didn't catch the noise after keeping my car overnight, but this time they did catch it the next morning and said it was the drivers belt and tensioner. So, they charged me almost $800 to supposedly replace both the belt and tensioner and said my car should be ready later the afternoon of 11/22 sometime around or before 2:00pm and they would call me when it was ready.I waited to get the phone call that afternoon to pick up my car...a phone call which never came. So I had to call the dealership after 3:00pm to find out when I could finally pick up my car. The service manager guy there Gary Moore claimed to have called me earlier, but I checked and no calls came through from him or anyone else there on my phone. He said that maybe he had accidentally dialed the wrong number? That started to make me wonder if they actually knew what they were doing there. I went to pick up my car at around 5:00pm before closing on 11/22. I brought my car back home after the service just to discover the same exact noise continued the next morning with no change whatsoever...which of course made me question if the parts were ever actually replaced. I then got a courtesy auto text from the service manager Gary asking me how things went and to contact him if there were any issues. So I called him, and told him that I questioned if the parts were ever replaced because I was still hearing the same noise.He told me word for word on the phone to bring my car back in the next Tuesday morning to be looked at (this morning).When I asked on the phone if they would have a loaner vehicle for me because I only have one car, he said "yes, we'll get you on the road and out of there quickly." Well, they definitely got me on the road and out of there quickly this morning except he (Gary, literally the same guy) told me when I got there that they unfortunately had no loaner vehicles available and that I needed to come back on Thursday afternoon instead. Uh...what??I should add here that it's a 45 minute drive from my house to the dealership, so I wasted over an hour and a half today for nothing...just to be turned away after literally being told to go in.But, what really irks me? On top of all of this, when I approached Gary there at the dealership (the same guy I talked with on the phone who told me to come in this morning and they would have a loaner car for me), he had the nerve to start a condescending attitude with me and questioned why I was there in the first place. He continued to question what the sound was like that I was hearing, even though he knew exactly why I was there and what I was talking about. He literally had just told me on the phone recently to bring the car back in there because of the very same problem!I mentioned that he had also told me the service guys there heard the same exact noise, so then why would I need to describe it in detail again? Seriously, wtf?Needless to say, I have zero trust or confidence in this place now after this experience and plan on taking it to Bellevue to be serviced moving forward after this is all addressed and resolved.Which, if they don't actually resolve, I'll definitely be contesting the charge made on my card.At least at Bellevue if I'm turned away after being told to come in, it'll only be a 15 minute drive back home versus 45 minutes. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced elsewhere if possible to avoid the headache and hassle.

Service Department has continually gone downhill for the last couple years due to corporate mandates. Required appointments that are over a week out and a significant price increase have reduced the amount of times I service my vehicles here. The quality of service is still high but it is obvious how corporate policies wrecked what used to be a quick inexpensive Saturday afternoon oil change which I have used for 10 years.As an example, the cost of an oil change here used to be less than the price of the actual oil and filter due to the service team always applying as many online coupons as possible. Now the cost of a simple oil change is nearly triple the cost of the actual oil. On top of this if there was ever a busy day and the oil change took significantly longer than expected the oil change would be free.

It took two hours and 45 minutes for our oil change to be done even though I had made an appointment. when I asked them what was the point of making an appointment they didn’t really give me a good answer. When I also complained about how long it was taking they said to me rudely that they weren’t Jiffy Lube. then when they were all done They didn’t bother to reset the maintenance oil change reminder so I had to figure it out myself. I had to have the car dirty because I got tired of waiting so I told him don’t even bother with the car wash. I was contacted by a mgr after the service basically asking me to give them a good review and then when I told them the complaint, he didn’t even bother to get back to me. Ryan and Radka Meyer

My husband and I had a bad experience with another Honda dealership and were honestly feeling like a new car just wasn’t possible. However, Geoff and his team at Klein Honda made our new car possible. He was kind, helpful, and very good at communicating with us as well as being patient with our crazy schedules. He got us in our new Honda Pilot, and we are so thankful. Their finance Q was amazing as well. We highly recommend both Geoff and Q and urge you to give Klein Honda a try, you won’t regret it!

I had a great experience at Klein Honda. Beau, at the service desk was extremely helpful. He was transparent, and informative as to what the repair would cost, and when my vehicle would be ready. The courtesy shuttle was very convenient in ensuring that I didn’t have to take time away from work.

I just bought a 2024 Honda Accord Sport hybrid and couldn't be happier. From beginning to end the whole process was smooth, quick and actually quite a bit of fun. The staff is incredibly helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos to Klein Honda ??

I've used Klein Honda service dept for 5 years now. Not only have my car services been reasonably priced , and no pressure to do additional work, I enjoy coming in and chatting with the same manager Gary Moore each time, who makes it an awesome experience. I will continue to have my car serviced at Klein Honda- do not lose Gary!

This dealership does not give good pricing, it gives absurdly ridiculous pricing - the underlying assumption is that the customer is an idiot. They were offering $1000 for my car as trade-in value, that other dealer gave $5500 for. They were charging $5k more for a 2019 Toyota Highlander with 53k miles and I got a 2019 Audi Q7 with 14.5k miles with extended warranty and maintenance package for $5k less than the Highlander they were offering - beyond ridiculous pricing structure and salespeople that use snake oil tactics.

Great experiences in both sales and service.Pete has been great a great service advisor, helping us keep our Odyssey in tip-top shape. We were so pleased with our treatment that when it was time to replace our second car we knew it had to be another Honda from Klein.Remington was our sales representative and he respected our time and helped make a fair deal for both of us. Really appreciated no mark-ups or hard sell in the current climate of most dealers trying to adjust over MSRP.Kisha in finance was a pleasure to work with and helped explain any last minute questions we had.Highly recommend and would send any family or friends their way without hesitation.

I highly recommend Klein Honda, both the sales staff and service were excellent in my recent purchase. The sales staff were very attentive to my specific needs and accommodated every request. Also, I recommend the service department. I unfortunately had a problem with the power lift gate motor becoming inoperable soon after getting the vehicle home. I initially took the car to Renton Honda and had many issues with them honoring the warrantee and being courteous during the service. I contacted Klein and they knocked it out of the park. They obtained the parts needed to repair the vehicle, and repaired the car quickly and courteously. I really appreciate the quick attentive service and recommend their service department, I intend to use them exclusively going forward. Even though I live in Renton, it's worth the hour drive to receive quality service.

This place was awesome. I had the pleasure of dealing with Selena to help me with buying my new ride. She was probably the best car salesperson that I ever dealt with. She accommodated me on a short notice and was never pushy. I hardly trust car sales people, but she was exceptional and went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend this place and ask for her. Thank you for making this experience so easy.

Would give them a zero star if possible. 1) when you negotiate on a used car they would try to sell mandatory add on "warranty packages". So you have to waste effort try ing to negotiate down from a very high starting price. Call it BS. 2) when no deal could be reached, bad attitude from salesperson mouthed "thanks for wasting my time."Stay away from here and go somewhere that really wants your business.

Had a great time today buying my daughters first car. Noah and Q were awesome to work with.We weren't planning on buying here but they had a used Chevrolet Trax we liked when we were in the area.Great staff and quick process.
