This place is a gas station. With easily the best chicken I've even tasted. Honestly I drive past KFC to come here. I just take the food home.

Chicken was nice and juicy as well as crunchy. My sister enjoyed her jambalaya. However, I ordered mash potatoes and gravy which they forgot along with our biscuits. I tried calling but no one answered. I will try again tomorrow and hopefully they'll be able to rectify this.

Found this a while back. It was solid chicken, went there on a Wednesday during lunch hours chicken strips were fresh and they made jojos fresh for me. I cant complain, been looking for something close to raising canes recipe and this hit that spot.

I feel like it's a hit or miss. One time it was so good but the next time it wasn't and then it picked up again the next time. If you'd love a quick good chicken strips then get it. The chicken parts sometimes as I've said a hit or miss. Sometimes the meat doesn't taste fresh, sometimes the coating is so salty, yet sometimes it's just right. The service needs a bit of improvement, too! One time I tried to call regarding an order which was not complete but I wasn't entertained. Try to check it out do, maybe they're still trying to find their footing after the pandemic challenge.

Agghgghhhhh. Where do I begin? First, some background: I'm always on the hunt for good fried chicken. When I saw Krispy Krunchy Chicken pop up on Grubhub, I was intrigued. Shame on me for not knowing that this is a chain of gas station chicken. Now, that in and of itself is not a big deal to me. I love any kind of convenience food, especially when traveling or exploring new cultures. The problem started with ordering online. Went to Yelp and saw a glowing review for this location. I clicked on the Order button as I sometimes do. Placed an order, waited the allotted amount of time, headed over. I soon turned into the gas station, which I knew well because I pass it a lot since I live in the area. I usually avoid this gas station because it's at a busy intersection and I prefer to save money by going to Costco. I walked in, ready to experience chicken goodness, and the guy at the counter tells me that they don't take orders from Yelp or Grubhub. I show him my phone and he repeats that they don't take orders from Yelp or Grubhub and I'm going to have to contact customer service. Okay, fine. He wasn't rude but he wasn't friendly either. I order a smaller, more abbreviated meal because I'm already there and what I can I do about it? I ask for a leg, a thigh, and two biscuits. Once at the cash register he tells me that the biscuits are free, which I appreciated. On the way home I call Grubhub and get a refund for the meal, which is now going to take 3 to 5 business days to reach my account depending on my banking institution yada yada yada. I get home and open the box. There's just one biscuit. I have paid $5.89 for a leg and a thigh. I went back to the menu board in the pictures and sure enough, a leg is $2.49 and a thigh is $2.49. Is tax that high for two pieces of chicken? If this chicken was the pinnacle of fried chicken, I would not care about my experience. If the biscuit was a pillowy, honey-coated soft bite of heaven, I would not care about driving through the rain to get a two piece and biscuit for $6. (By the way, the guy at the counter could have told me to save money and get the 2-piece meal deal, but he didn't.) But it was all hassle and not enough biscuits for mediocre semi-warm, mostly cold gas station chicken and a biscuit that I would not feed to my dog. (Well, I can't feed my dog biscuits because he has pancreatitis tbh.) Pro tip #1: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They do not accept orders from Grubhub, Yelp, or any other food delivery service. Pro tip #2: Go to Grandma's or Heaven Sent or Ezelle's or 9 Delicacies, but do not go here for chicken.

Worst experience of my life, just cuz of an employee I will never recommend such place where u get raciest comments, employees insulting customers indirectly while talking to each other, serving as if customers are beggars. I have a very good idea that they will not pay any attention to my comments but still posting so that if anyone planing to visit this place with family please avoid.
