The woman working did awesome handling so many people. The location was super packed and LabCorp only has 1 employee handling the entire operation at this location. I wouldn’t come to this location in Everett. I waited for over an hour due to the shortage in staffing. The woman working was doing the best she could and was nice and helpful but could only work so fast. I felt bad for her. Shame on LabCorp for running so thin at this prime location in Everett. It did not make me think highly of the company.

This labcorp location is non existent. There is a new tenant occupying the building. They won’t even update on their website that this location is no longer existing.

Worst and most uncomfortable blood draw ever. First a phlebotomist was very rude and snappy towards me from the get go. When I was a taken back by the young lady I was confused by the kind of conversation she was having with me. It was very personal and negative and unprofessional it made me just not want to be there. Then she drew me on a stiff arm because she was so in lost with talking about the trauma she never realized it wasn’t supported so it left my arm fully extended and flexed making it unstable and the needle moved in and out so the draw itself was both painful and agonizing. Better off going somewhere else.

Echoing other statements, zero indication of need for an appointment for pre-employment drug screening until you get there. Disgusting building with broken and dirty pieces of equipment and very rude staff. I wish there were any other option other than LabCorp for this. Hope I never have to come back.

Appointments are always delayed, never on time, they will pressure you to stay and wait rather then rescheduling, and they seem to always ask *me* about if my appointment is covered by work/insurance/self even when I'm not involved and the medical office has already recieved a fax about the entire visit.

Bad experience, but not the fault of the staff. Did you know the phlebotomists have to greet, check in, enter the date and draw blood for each patient. Corporate doesn’t provide a receptionist. I had to wait an hour to be seen and I had an appointment. Some patients left without being seen. There was no explanation and the 2 phlebotomist seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They had a difficult time drawing blood from me and I blame it on the stress they were under. Just had my blood taken at a different facility and they were successful with the first stick.

No indication that you need an appointment for a pre employment screen until you’re at the door.
Guy in front of me got turned away because he didn’t bring a physical test order copy. It’s 2024, electronic medical records are not new.
Woman couldn’t have looked more pleased with herself when she handed me the paper telling me to drive 50 minutes in either direction to do a walk in, in fact she was reaching for it before I finished my sentence.

Used to be open in the afternoon but now only 8:30-noon, what if people can’t hit that AM window? People were nice last time I was here, but cmon 4.5 hrs a day is not enough for people with day jobs

Had an appointment at LabCorp in 3202 COLBY AVE, SUITE B, EVERETT, WA 98201 today at 10:30AM and was checked in at 10:23AM. An hour later, I was still waiting and holding my pee. I ask the staff if I can use their restroom since I can’t hold it any longer but denied and told me they are still doing my paper works. I decided to get out of the building to grab snacks in my car to maybe divert my situation. When I came back the staff told me I failed the test. No warnings, signs or explanations that I can’t leave the building once “CHECKED IN AND WAITING FOR PAPER WORKS”. It doesn’t even make sense, how can going out of the building will affect my urine sample which they haven’t taken yet. Very poor service and experience. I had done many drug screen tests for employment but this is the only place which takes too long to process a person with an appointment. Avoid this area if you can. Other labcorp sites are decent.

Avoid this area if you can. LabCorp in 3202 COLBY AVE, SUITE BEVERETT, WA 98201. Other locations are good. Was here for a drug screen today, I had an appointment at 10:30AM. An hour later, i'm still waiting and holding my pee. Ask the staff if I can use the restroom and just wait again because I can't hold it any longer but denied. They told me they are still doing my paperworks. I've done many drug screens for employment but this is the only one which takes too long with an "appointment" not walk in. I grabbed snacks from my car and the lady staff told me I failed the test since I went out the building. They never told me that I am not allowed to get out of the building once checked in which actually doesn't make sense. How can getting out of the building affect my urine sample. No signs on the wall or warning from their email that nobody is allowed to get out of the building while STILL IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR PAPER WORKS.

Waited for 1hr to get blood work done. No screen which shows how many people ahead or they won’t give any ETA. Too slow will never visit this place again.

Always busy and too long of a wait. Computer check in, which you have to have all people squish out of the way to get to, doesn't let you know how long of a wait, so you sit and tell yourself you will leave after 15mins.

They say walk ins are welcome n they close at 5 yet again I came yesterday at 450 to get my blood drawn n they were already closed. This has happened 2x now. Don't do walk ins if your not goin to stay open at the designated time stated!!! And they don't answer their phones either!!
