They were wonderful working with my daughter who is on the spectrum and extremely afraid of blood and needles. They worked really hard to keep her calm, did not make her feel bad or ashamed for being afraid and were super quick to get it done!! Overall an amazing experience!! Thanks so much!

Hoyt avenue labcorp was awful, poor communication, lack of workers and very long line with male representation not even communicating with how long and it’s not even lunch time it was 2:30pm. He said his coworker had to leave early we had about 8 ppl waiting and several just ended up leaving.

Update: today was appointment no. 6 scheduled. I arrived early and again there is a hand written sign on the login station that their system is down. This is my 6th scheduled appointment and visit over the past 2 months. Last week, she said they were waiting for IT to install a new modem. Today, she said that the wrong modem was sent/delivered. Why are you scheduling appointments online when you cannot fulfill those appointments? I have spent too much time away from work to make these appointments, and they cannot seem to figure out how to connect a modem. Terrible corporation and lack of consideration to the community it should be serving.
The past three scheduled visits (where I had scheduled an appointment in advance), I was told their system is down and that they're only accepting physical paper orders (no faxes or emails from the doctor). It is difficult to believe that the system is down so frequently, particularly when I had a scheduled appointment each time. Corporate needs to figure out the issue and correct. People depend on these services.

Nancy is the best. I'm a hard draw and she gets it everytime no problem. I appreciate her skill and good attitude

Denik (I think this is how it’s spelt) helped my girlfriend get her blood drawn today and the previous day. She has tiny veins and had a rough first day prior to arriving at this Labcorp. He tried once the first day and offered that we come back to try the second day. So we did, and he got the draw on the first attempt. He and the lady who was there as well were so kind, patient, and considerate with my girlfriend. If we could choose to have all blood draws from him or the lady who helped with ice packs ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name), we would do it instantly. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The visit was fast and efficient. I had no appointment and signed in at their kiosk. I was seen within 5 minutes and the phlebotomist was pleasant. The only downside is the facility is tiny and crammed with their necessities.

Worst experience I've ever had at hoyt labcorp, the employee went out of her way to be very rude.

The women working here are very pleasant and professional, even with the loud, rude people outside complaining about waiting in line just because they didn't think ahead and make an appointment. Some people have issues using the automated check-in kiosk and go aggro on the ladies who are just doing their jobs to handle drawing blood and doing peoples' labwork. Don't blame them for the company's issues and/or your technological ignorance like a total jackass.

I had an early morning appointment and they got me in quickly. I have low blood pressure and a lot of anxiety about fainting with blood draws, since its happened before. The phlebotomist was kind and quick and kept chatting with me to keep me calm. Pretty much painless and she didn't rush me out the door, offering me water or a compress if I needed it. After a few seconds the faint feeling went away and I felt ok to leave. Probably the best I've ever done with a blood draw.Very calm quiet space and kind people!

These ladies work very well together! Super tight space but they made it work.

I've had multiple visits here go well. Last one I got in and out in under 10 minutes. Definitely better than the other Labcorp locations I've seen.

Everett, Hoyt locationFirst visit, extended wait, nice phlebotomist, concerning infection control practices.Second visit started at 7:30am with a sign "walk-ins have 1 hour wait" with one person waiting. Only two people serviced before I left at 8:05am- lady waiting before me and appointment (?) that showed up 5 minutes late. 8:10am text said they were ready. This place needs a secret shopper. Appears dirty, old, staff were complaining about work and many other issues. Will dread having to go here again.Went to Monroe after work, in and out in 10 minutes people in waiting room, no appointment.

Hit or miss depending on the mood the phlebotomist is in. They tend to be rude at this location but not as rude at the hospital labcorp. Either way, good luck. To bad HR doesn't see the reviews something needs to change at both locations.
