I've been waiting for an hour for a blood draw. This Lab is way too small and understaffed for 4 practices. Right now 10 patients waiting. I will also yelp WWMG so they are aware of this. It's not acceptable!!

Horrible to work with. Had confirmed paperwork stating I had 3 days to deposit specimen at this location. I called to confirm I was able to walk in, no answer. I left a message with my question and contact information, never heard back. Walked in first thing in the morning with my paperwork and was told I must have an appointment, they take no walk in's, which is not what my paperwork said, which she confirmed that I was registered for the 3 days but did not make an appointment, which there were no times available when I looked online, which is why I called, twice, receiving no response, before going to the location to be turned away. I told her I was happy to wait, but she refused again. She also went back to talk to someone, with my paperwork, only to come back and refuse me.I called the background company's (Sterling) care number, who registered me at another location, contacted the location to confirm I was able to walk in the next day, which he said I was. The next day I went to another location where they also said I did not have an appointment and would not see me. After calling the customer service line the guy came back out and said he would take my specimen, which came back diluted and untestable, which I am pretty sure it was tampered with because I was calling customer care to complain. I would not use these people for any type of testing, especially employment testing, you are obviously at their mercy and they do not like to work if they don't have to. If you are forced to use this company I wish you luck, you're probably going to need it!

I had to drop off a sample and was confused as to whether or not I needed to sign in or if I could just leave it. The woman phlebotomist (I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely helpful and polite. Being the only person working there, she was very busy with clients yet still took the time to assist me. Thank you!

Very rude front desk people. No reason for this behavior

This lab was so wonderful. Very good at drawing blood. Unfortunately there is only one person there now (as the other girls quit )and she doesn’t seem confident in drawing blood. Labcorp needs to have two people there and confident lab technicians.

You have to call around and find Makenzie, she is what makes this location a 5 but she floats so she may not be there.. I left with tears of joy at how knowledgeable she was as a phlebotomist. It took less than 6 mins from start to fi ish and no pain. None!.It IA not fair Labcorp is the only place you can get blood test, I am sure that is a monopoly and I don't like it. And they are understaffed and usually not empathetic. But MacKenzie WAS!

The Labcorp at 4225 Hoyt Ave in Everett is tiny, but awesome! it's true what another review has said that they don't do pre-employment testing there, so at 11am on a Friday, with no appointment set, there was only one person finishing up when I walked in. They had a great self check-in station that takes your drivers license and insurance card and puts the info in their system for you, so by the time I completed that, the person before me was all done, they'd sanitized the patient chair, and were all ready for me. As I was finishing up, another patient walked in, and was checking in at the self check-in station, and they were ready to help them as I was walking out. They were super quick, efficient, and friendly. I don't think I was in there for more than 10 minutes! This will be my new go-to location instead of driving all the way downtown Seattle to go to the Labcorp in my Rheumatologist's office. Thank you!

Easy check-in process and was seen early. Not busy at all (went in on a Thursday). Phlebotomist was excellent, barely felt it. Have not been satisfied with other locations but will definitely go here in the future.

I recently had to have some lab work done and this location was relatively close to home. I chose this location specifically because it only listed three types of testing: Routine labwork, pediatric collections, and H pylori breath tests. In these times of coronavirus I purposely did not choose a location that also did employment drug testing or any other testing that might indicate a lot of people coming in and out. This is a small office located in a shared medical business building. The parking lot is a little tight but parking is free. I appreciated their online check in, which somehow was already done for me by the lab employees five minutes before I arrived. When you enter the office building, the Labcorp office is on the left side. The office is pretty tiny, with just a partition separating the collection area and the "lobby" which is really just two chairs and a small table where you can sign in. Aside from the two techs, I was the only person there at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning. Score! I was seen immediately and out the door in about 10 minutes. The techs were alright--not super nice and not rude, just alright. And I do appreciate that the one who drew my blood stepped away from me to give me 6' of distance when we were finished. A good location for a quick blood draw.
