They have in person helpful customer service. Their diamond tip microdermabrasion heads are the best I’ve found out there as they provide roughness, where the others tend to be much too soft and don’t do much.

I am so happy with this company. They have excellent customer service. They saved the day when a part of one of my machines broke, and gave me a very reasonable deal to get a replacement part shipped so quickly. I will definitely be using this company again. They have earned my business.
