For nearly a month, my husband and I have been trying to get ahold of the GM for this location. The GM does not return calls and when my husband gets a human being, he is just transferred to the GM voicemail. Besides the lack of any customer service, the reason for trying to reach the GM is related to the car we purchased. It was a "certified" Hyandai Sonata hybrid. There is a hole in our gas tank. It was obviously "patched" with some sort of metal puddy by either the previous owner and not reported to car fax or it was patched by Lee Johnson and then "certified" by the dealership. Come on, who certifies a car with a metal puddy on a gas tank? According to the mechanic I took it to, we were told it is illegal to "patch" a gasoline tank. I have NEVER been so disappointed in Lee Johnson of Everett that I will NEVER recommend them. I wish I could give negative stars or even ZERO, but since I can't, I will give 1 star, but it is really zero stars.Randy J. I did exactly what you requested and called and requested to speak with your service manager. Guess where I was transferred to? You got it, his voicemail. My husband and I both decided to check our voicemails. I did not have any messages missed, but upon my husband reviewing his voicemails, he did find a short voice mail from your SM that had gone directly to his voicemail. He provided his cell number, so it is our hope that we can start getting this issue worked out. Both my husband and I have been cordial and patient. Hopefully, after everything is discussed with the service manager and brought to an acceptable resolution, I will be able to upgrade our review. Only time will tell now.

We had been shopping for cars all day, just to find that special used car. Jeff came out to meet us, and brought us in and went out of his way to find one for us in our price line , whether it would be there or one of their other sites. He found the perfect car for us right there. They were just finishing detailing it. There was no pressure sales, everyone was very curtious, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend going to Lee Johnson Hyundai in Everett.

I had a great experience! We went in to test drive the Elantra Hybrid and ended up walking out with that plus a new Tucson. Dillon was absolutely amazing, we weren’t pressured and he took the time to figure out what we each wanted in a vehicle (patiently waiting while we pressed every button in the car too). Joe in finance was incredible and made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for, answering all of our questions thoroughly. Thanks for making a stressful process easy!

Car dealers... we all know the frustrations people have had with other dealers in the past... that won't happen here! You will have a great experience for a change. You are NOT a number to these guys. They actually thrive on you being compelled to leave reviews like this one. Whether you need to get creative with your deal or if you are simply needing to pull a car "off the rack", know that you will be getting a good value for what you pay. I am already looking forward to buy my next car. I already know where I will be going first. While I cannot comment on the other salespeople, I will say that IF you do walk into their showroom, you would do yourself a favor in asking for Lucas. He's young, smart and personable. You will win with Lucas.

Just bought our second Hyundai from Bri at Lee Johnson Hyundai, and both times everyone there was fantastic. Easy transaction, no pressure, great response time.We chose a car online, put a deposit down to keep it for a few days until we could make it in for a test drive, and when we did, we didn’t like the car. There was zero pressure to keep it; the sales rep just started looking for the next one for us!Definitely my favorite car dealer.

From Start to Finish, Fabian was a pleasure to work with buying my husband his new (used) car. He even picked my husband up from the train station as we live in the south sound and due to schedules only my husband was about to go pick the car up. Definitely a great dealership and Fabian made this easy. I gotta say Joe was awesome too. No nonsense kinda guy. I appreciate that!!

The good: I love the car (Ioniq 5). The people were friendly and pleasant to interact with. The manager went above and beyond to personally pickup my vehicle from a partner and get it delivered to me the next day. The experience never felt too pushy and the price was reasonable. The bad: Attention to detail. Car was delivered to me with 50 PSI tires which is just not safe and caused a vibration until I let out some air to the 36PSI spec. I also _explicitly_ asked if recall services would have been performed before delivery, to which I was told absolutely yes. This was not true and my vehicle had two active recalls, including critical safety upgrades to the brake programming which had not been performed, and I couldn't get on their schedule until 3 months later.

I just purchased a used 2021 Hyundai Venue SE from Dillon Hewitt at Hyundai of Everett. I have to say my car purchase experience was professional and smooth. Dillon was very professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. After we test drove the vehicle, the negotiation to purchase the car was smooth and pressure free. I recommend this dealership and will service my newly purchased Hyundai there.

I decided to give this dealership another chance at providing the routine service on my vehicle. Even though the email reminder and the text link I received a couple hours earlier; provided a link to a "video" as to how to navigate the massive construction in progress. None of that information was valid. You no longer drive up to the service bay doors, where you drive inside. You now, literally stop at some random out building. Which unfortunately, I missed the small sign that said STOP as I was following the video directions given to me, merely minutes before I drove onto the lot. Yes, it's the fall in the PNW which means rain. But I didn't think it was an issue, as I was to drive my car into the service bay. So here I am, with a 1st edition book, running to some random out building. Additionally, I have no idea where a restroom is. She didn't tell me and I'm hesitant to walk outside and wonder around in a construction site. Clearly, this is what I get, for giving this dealership another try.

I took my 2011 Sonata in for a recall inspection. The service department was great (we dealt with James). James took our car no problem (they other Hyundai dealerships couldn’t/wouldn’t until Nov. and Jan.)We ended up needing a new engine. Everything was done much quicker than I anticipated and James let us know when they had a rental available for us to use so we could return the rental we were paying outta pocket for (but would be reimbursed by corporate because of the recall). They saved me a lot of money. If they couldn’t get us in as quickly as they did I would of had to get a new vehicle and start a smear campaign on Hyundai. ?So thanks Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett. All interactions were positive. ??

Overall had a lot of good experiences with this dealership, we’ve bought two cars from them and that experience has been fine. However, not huge on how they give parts estimates that don’t include labor. Got an estimate at 1,200, signed digital paperwork to approve it and *then* get a pdf of the estimated labor of of an extra 600. 1650 for an alternator and battery? After a TWO MONTH wait for service (which is why the battery is dead in the first place mind you, it is worked fine in July when I made my second appointment because they didn’t notate my first one I made a month and half prior to that for an oil change). Be up front with your pricing, factor in labor when you’re showing an estimate. People understand cars are expensive, don’t be a snake in factoring in labor. Don’t mind paying extra for dealership services, but don’t hide charges in you can clearly factor on the spot until after I’ve signed the paperwork.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new Genesis GV60! Andrew Kreutz is an amazing consultant - knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. He knew what I wanted and needed before I did! Also huge shout out to the wonderful Joe for getting me the best financing options and going above and beyond to get me the best deal. Highly recommend this dealership!

Unfortunately, the reviews below are accurate. Deceptive and dishonest practices make this dealership one to avoid. Good news is that other options are in the area.
