I brought my car in because it was making some scary metal on metal sounds when breaking and turning assuming I needed new breaks. I got the front two tires replaced and the breaks as well. The person that was working on my car said he took my car out to see if the sound went away and noticed another sound my car was making. It was making this horrible humming sound for like three years and I thought it was the transmission and was just kinda waiting until I couldn’t drive the car anymore. Well he actually diagnosed the sound for me without me even asking as the right front wheel bearing! It was so sweet that they solved this for me and they replaced it and for the first time in three years my car isn’t making any awful sounds! Seriously my hero. I feel dumb for not getting it looked at sooner when the fix for is was only around $300 instead of the thousands I thought I was going to have to pay. Everybody that works here is absolutely amazing and so sweet and I felt very cared for!! Highly recommend☺️

I got a screw in my tire and I show up at 2pm on a Saturday. They hook me up, do way more than they should and get me on my way without any problems. Love Les Schwab!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My experience was very poor however everyone is friendly im just not sure they know what they are doing. I had my rear breaks replaced and then I noticed my emergency break doesn't work. So I bring it back at 9am as scheduled and didn't get it back untill the next day because they called at 5:30pm and I was asleep. I get my car again after getting several rides and the emergency break still doesn't work, you can feel it slightly engage however when going very slow. So I bring it back again and finally they fixed it. I wish it would lock up a little better but it works well enough
All in all it was horrible but the end result was satisfactory.

I came today to get my front brakes pads replaced, first the quoted a wrong part and they had to do the job twice. Then one of the technicians came over to apologize for the mistake; nevertheless, through the window they have where you can see what they do, I just saw the person who was working on my car going back and forth in the shop, moving around, put a disk and walk away. I have been in this shop for more than three hours and still waiting. Young technicians = no experience, it seems they have no clue what they are doing.

I had gotten to Les Schwab at 3:50p.m. and was out of the shop by 4:08p.m.. as just a walk-in, first-time customer! Being a new car owner, I really did not know where to go when my air pressure on one of my tires kept popping up, but I decided to check out Les Schwab since I had heard of their company before. Ryan was fast to help me when I walked in, and was thorough in explaining everything to me, including the cause of my low air pressure (it was a screw), and patched up my flat tire free of charge (which as he taught me, apparently all flat tire repairs/replacements are free- it blew my mind!)! To say the least, I was left more than satisfied in knowing where to go whenever I have a flat tire again. The service was fast, Ryan was super kind and helpful, and as I said- it was free of charge! Thank you again, Ryan, for helping me out and giving me peace of mind in this matter as a new car owner! :)

When a nationwide tire shop can’t mount and balance tires properly that should be concerning. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, notified a vibration at, took it back, they “balanced” it again stating one of the tires was an ounce off. Problem did not go away, so I scheduled an inspection at the dealership to check tie rods, ball joints, and wheel bearings. Turns out Les Schwab only balanced the inner bead and every tire was 3 ounces out of balance on the outer bead. So I ended up paying for the original service, then another 300 at the dealer to determine that the original job was done poorly.

Stopped in for a tire pressure check. Tech spotted a screw that was causing a slow leak. Pulled the screw and patched the leak. No charge!

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Not only were they extremely nice and helpful after all 4 of our wheels and tires were stolen from our van, but they also let us store our van there for a few days while we waited for our wheels to arrive so the sheriff's department wouldn't impound it. They were fast, efficient, and kind. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Made an appointment for 3pm, they still hadn’t taken my truck in by 3:30 but they “were about to take it in soon”. I left at 3:50 when they still hadn’t taken in my truck. Pathetic service. What’s the point of making an appointment??

A hour after my appointment, I gave up and left. It's sad how bad Les Schwab has gotten. They used to be the best.
