I went into this Les swabs 1st time 4805 evergreen way , they told me that I had a broken knuckle . I was willing to pay for that visit . I did not get fixed there took back to dealer . Where I thought they had fixed it . Then took it to Les swabs on 9736 evergreen way to have a aliment . But my car was still having issues , So a few months later I took back to Les swabs on 4805 evergreen way to have them check it out . Told me my car was good , asked them if they drove it , are you sure ? They said yes . So I thought that was weird maybe it's me .Still my car seemed to be getting worse I felt like I was going to lose control over the car going down freeway , there was wobbling , wanting to pull to one side and vibration . So took it back to Les swabs again on 4805 evergreen way , I asked them please can you check my car it is getting worse I was still willing to pay to check my car . Again they told me my car was fine nothing wrong . When I went out to get in car the guy that drove my car was getting out of the car . I told him that I was really starting to bet scared driving my car . Then he said well I did hear a noice in the back tire which I thought was kinda of weird . So a few days later after driving it to work and home , now the car has become even worse.So one day before work I stoped in Les swabs on 9736 evergreen way . Told them what was up and asked them please check my car there is some thing wrong with my car . Finely they found the problem was my upper control arm and knuckle where bent and was about ready to break. I can't believe that Les swabs on 4805 evergreen way would not tell me or even brother to fully check my car out . I think it was because I did not have the work done there in the frist place . So I would be careful going to Les swabs off of 4805 evergreen way because they really don't care about the safety of the cars we drive . This could of turned out be a bad accident even deadly if on highway going higher speeds . Now I don't think all Les swabs are bad , I like Les swabs but I have never had one made me feel stupid. Which I may be or just don't know about cars . But this is not cool .

Just found my new favorite Les Schwab location!
Daina was super helpful with choosing from the various tires I listed, then when a size discrepancy came up they tracked down my size at another location and with only an additional 35 minutes I was on my way with new safe tires. Would definitely recommend. My previous locations were Burien and Tukwila stores.

Took my car to Les Schwab for a tire pressure sensor light and they quickly resolved the issue and charged me nothing for the service. Extremely quick service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
