I made an appointment to have an alignment done online and two days later, when I was already at the branch at the time of my appointment, they told me that they did not do an alignment for my Mercedes Benz Sprinter, since it was there! Why did they let me make the appointment, if to make the appointment they ask you the model and year of your vehicle? It's the first time I went to that branch, but never again.

Steve was very helpful. I talked to him before I came in and he remembered I had called. Even went out to my vehicle to make sure the measurements were correct.

They go so far above and beyond I can't thank them enough. Steve installed brake pads on my extremely complicated car. He was great at communicating with me, and when the brake pad sensor stopped working a few days later, he worked around my schedule to replace it at no cost to me. All the people working there are so nice and knowledgeable. It's very clean and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. I wish I could give them more stars!

I live wayyyy out of the area, but when my truck lost its lower ball joint, the tow company recommended Les Schwab. Even though it was late on a Saturday, they jumped right in and had it fixed at what I thought was a reasonable price.

I got a new battery installed Saturday. I didn't drive it again til this morning on my commute to work. After my hr commute, I went to restart my car to move it, it completely died. Long story short, one of the battery terminals was very loosely on the battery. Not sure how they installed it so loosely?? Just blows my mind. I chose Les Schwab because I thought they knew what they were doing and trusted them. I called to let them know so whoever did this knew, so they didn't make the mistake again. And thought they should just know. This could've come undone as I was driving down the hwy or down any road and left me stranded on the side of the road with a tow bill. I said it would be nice to get reimbursed the installation fee since it wasn't installed properly and was told theyd let the manager know after saying it had to of been installed correctly or it wouldn't have started. Ok...I thought this was horrible customer service. In my opinion, they should right the wrong by at least reimbursing the installation fee I think. Then I'd maybe go back. Otherwise why would I go back. I'll just take my business elsewhere. Pretty disappointing customer service. Also got a quote the night before from someone for 3 batteries. That morning when I went in, I was told the 2 most expensive ones only...I said last night there was another cheaper option and the guy eventually said oh ya here it is. I mean maybe an honest mistake?? But I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. Just won't be using Les Schwab again for my personal car, especially not this location. Pretty disappointing for what is supposed to be a good company. Next time I need a battery or anything else they supply, I will not go to Les Schwab. Will take my business elsewhere where.

Before coming to this Les Schwab location I visited different shops were they assured me to change all 4 tires because one of them had a nail which would have end up costing me around $1000.Gabriel at Les Schwab Tire Center in Everett was very kind and was able to assist me. Not only did he fixed my tire while other shops couldn’t but also he did it with no charge!Highly recommend this location! Special thanks to Gabriel for helping during the holiday season!

I had to wait a long time (no line) to be scolded for parking in a spot I’ve used for many years. I’ve spent so much $$ for many sets of tires and two suspensions so I expect that service I used to receive when old man Les was alive. Instead I’m told it’ll take at least 30 minutes to fill a low tire. I look inside, so many employees with hands in their pockets. Les Schwab. You’ve lost my trust and my business going forward.

Another mechanic told me I needed to replace my brakes at my next oil change. When I brought my car here to get my snow tires put on and get the brakes done they told me my brakes were both at least at 50%. I appreciate their honesty and will return here.

After having a day with a flat. Boyfriend bought in the rim and it was fixed fast and we were prepared to pay but nope they did it no cost. Thanks again for helping and making my day better. Front counter was amazing and fellow car enthusiast. We will be back again. You all are awesome. :)

Had a bolt in my tire that I "dealt" with by using fix a flat to get to work. Brought it in on my lunch break and in less than an hour they had me fixed up.No freaking charge either. So appreciative of their kindness and quick response to my issue. Other shops I talked to weren't stoked to work with the fix a flat. But it's been about a month now and my tire is all good!I will be going here when it's time for new tires.

I can remember going to Les Schwab as a teenager with my dad. He was buying tires for his truck. Now I'm an adult and every single experience I have had with them over the years has been great. Today, my tire was going flat and I didn't know why. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to take a look after a small wait. Found a screw in my tire, fixed it quickly and sent me on my way, all as a courtesy service!! As a single female it is comforting to know there are places to do business that I can trust. Les Schwab is one of those places. When it's time to buy tires, I'll be there again. And I'll send my daughters there too.
