Awesome customer service! My wife noticed her car tire was dropping PSI while on I-5 so she quickly swung into this shop. They got the car in super fast, found the problem, fixed it and sent her on her way free or charge!

My wife had her front two tires changed at the dealership and they did not program the sensors properly. It is difficult to find time to get back to the dealership. After a couple days she noticed the passenger side tire kept losing air. She had it checked a couple times and was told nothing was in it. She finally took it to the Les Schwab in Everett off Walnut. The gentleman took care re-programming her tire sensors and found out there was a screw blantly apparent in her tire. He took care of that as well. He did not even charge her for the time he took to take care of her issues.Very high quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you.

I pulled in to get an air check on my tires and I informed JJ that I had bought in brand new tires with Les Schwab in the past few months, & One of them was leaking air. I was very polite, and his overall attitude was Poor. I understand we have bad days, I work in a very chaotic environment myself, and understand how things can get a little crazy, But his response to me having low air in one of my tires was that I probably ran something over and laughed, He was quiet for a second I think, waiting for a response, and then he goes, but we can get you checked out anyway. I was not demanding of anything, in fact, I said, if you guys have the time, Could you look at it, trying to be courteous of the other people that may have had appointments.The customer service experience at Les Schwab, provided by JJ was regrettably subpar. The interactions were marked by a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which falls below the expected standards of service. A focus on enhancing interpersonal skills and prioritizing customer satisfaction is crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience.

$112 to dismount mount and balance two tires. Bravo to Les Schwab to sit there for 30 minutes to only have the price change after talking to the front desk. Do not recommend go to discount or an independent tire shop. Call Les Schwab first before you go to one of the other guys and it will make you realize how screwed you’re getting.That $112 job cost me $48 at discount tire

Good prompt professional service at this location. Took the same truck to the Marysville location about a year ago and they dropped truck off lift and put it out of commission for a week. Was finally on my way to pick it up when they called and said someone backed into in there parking lot.They acted like it was no big deal, claimed no responsibility on there end and charged me full price. In other words use the everett one and avoid the Marysville one.Hope this helps someone.

Today is the second time I’ve brought my car to Les Schwab to have them look at my tire for whatever’s puncturing it and causing it to lose air. Every time they get me in without an appointment and they’re fast about it, not to mention so nice. I only have good things to say and will keep coming to them for all my tire needs in the future including a new set. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Kurt was awesome! I called ahead to check the wait time for a nail in my tire repair and Kurt answered the phone in a friendly manner. He was super helpful at the shop and had me out of there with a repaired tire and quote for new tires in less than an hour. I highly recommend this shop!

Younger male employee working 11am 10/20/23 was condescending to the wife. Tried to speak down on her unwarranted, exclaiming our patch kit was temporary. Not only did she not ask, but how does he think it got there? Obviously we know that. Tried to upsell her on stuff she had already stated she didn’t want. With that being said, some of the other employees working at the air fill up have been extremely nice and helpful. I give this place a 3/5 because the location itself and the services it provides as a les Schwab location are helpful but the quality of the service provided from the employees especially to women is a gamble.

Service tech was unaware of factory recommended jacking points and was argumentative when I requested he not damage the vehicle by jacking incorrectly.
