Liberty tax has become my go-to tax services for 4 or 5 some odd years and every time, I don't have to wait long. They help me with new things I don't understand and they keep me posted about my refund. They even wish me a happy birthday ! Lol. The 50.00 refer a friend is one of my favorite perks too!

We were able to make an appointment at nearly last minute. Their staff members are incredibly thorough, respectful, and considerate of our time. Sandy specifically took care of me and my partner with little fuss. We highly recommend and will likely be returning next year!

Dear: liberty taxThis is Sinbad micky, I been a customer or client in one of your guys office or tax places located in Washington @ everett wa,,and it's been 5 years or more,,and I never see or saw a workers or employee help me or serve me in my life so damn well other than a employee in this place.Her name is ana,,sorry that I forgot the last name,,but anyway she help me so good or great, perfect and respectful, so the service she had it's 100%damn great, and I had not enough to say thank you to her but I always keep her in my prayers to God that he have to give her my appreciation all the time,,, in God we trust...I really appreciate what you doing for helping out for your clients ?I may not stop to thank you and I'm gonna keep fielding my tax refund as long as I stay in Washington.....once again THANK YOU ANA....

Ana was amazing! She was kind, efficient and getting my taxes done in her office was super relaxing! Who would of thought that getting your taxes done could be a pleasant experience.I am grateful I chose her office.
