Honestly my favorite place to live. It’s perfect for me; the location of the building in the city, the location of my apartment in the building itself, never had a bad neighbor, never heard a neighbor in my apartment really, it’s always cleaned, the trash is convenient, it’s secured access, it has a Amazon locker, 2 levels for parking garage, the doggy bags and dog treats are a real big plus for Trixie our dog and so much more I can’t think of. It’s just great here. I am actually afraid to move because I don’t think I’ve liked a place this much lol. Luckily that isn’t anytime soon. So far been here for almost 3 years. Seriously love it!
The staff is all great (Cory, Rick, Mayra and Flor for a call out ??) and everyone else has always been a pleasure to talk with/work with as well.

Awesome place to live, secure building(s) in downtown overlooking NS Everett, excellent views and close to everything. Management is great to work with, apartments are surprisingly quiet and pet friendly.

Nice place well kept and the manager (Cory) and leasing agent (Rick) are great and work with you; they try to make you feel at home. People are pretty friendly and the apartment is nice. Not too many kids. Lots of dogs, most are very friendly and just want some love.

I love my new apartment!! The staff is amazing!! Everything is great!! I find the view to be very amazing!! I want and plan to stay long term, definitely!!!!!!

Updated review. I lived at library place for 10 months. In most cases I found the management to be very responsive; largely due to the hard work of Cory!I’d rate this property 3 stars for the following reasons:The area around this property (bayside) is not safe. Library place is across the street from chase bank where there are homeless feedings on Saturday and the Salvation Army Food Bank. Homeless people tend to hang out around the building. If you walk your dog, I’d really emphasize caution about walking in the local area. I had minimal issues but some include (1) I was followed and chased by a shady individual while walking my dog at 10 PM (2) homeless person jumped from behind a pole in front of my bike to attempt to make me crash at 5 AM on my way to work.The shared amenities are subpar - (1) courtyard (2) rooftop. The courtyard is lacking and residents don’t use it. The fire pits were not functioning the entire period of time I was there. The rooftop lounge is across the street and must be reserved ahead of time.Finally, Skotdal Management made a management decision to put cement over my front door lock with no notice when the locks were going bad. The lock was replaced a couple of weeks later though.Overall not a bad property if you have to live in Everett. I didn’t stay but that had more to do with Everett just not being a great place to live long term.

I had the opportunity to stay here for work for about three months both the staff and residents were delightful. It was a very welcoming place for my little pup and me. The facilities and grounds are well maintained and the location is convenient for quick walks to many restaurants and fun shops. Somehow, it is still very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Library Place is an awesome place to live! I moved in shortly after it was built in 2012 and loved every day there. The views are great and the management team has always been fantastic. The latest management group is by far my favorite, (shout out to Cory and Rich) they’ve always been responsive and easy to work with. The maintenance team is also great, they’ve done an excellent job keeping a decade old building looking good and welcoming. I will miss this place and highly recommend it for anyone considering making it their new home.(Ignore the bird guano and JUST LOOK AT THAT WATER VIEW!!! Beautiful)

Library Place is a quiet, safe, and conveniently located apartment. I've lived at Library Place for a year and had zero issues. While among the higher end of apartments in the area, Library Place is a solid place to live.

I was able to make a smooth transition from Bothell to Park Place so far I like it and I'm going on six years. Maintenance takes care of requests in a timely manner and they have availability now come check us out.
