Good products and customer service.A few times recently I have had to do warranty exchanges on leaking and malfunctioning cartridges. In my recent experience I have found...It is a pain when management takes a break and you need certain kinds of assistance like cartridge replacement. The breaks need to be scheduled better and more rigidly timed, apparently. There should always be someone on the clock who is trained and/or permitted to do the more "high level" customer service tasks needed.The person or people authorized to do certain things like replacing broken or defective cartridges should not be MIA for long periods of time. Please consider your customers. Our time, energy, money ? ? and capacity for patience are finite. Please make some reasonable changes for our mutual benefit and your bottom line.

Super helpful and very knowledgeable, Lexi you’re amazing I thank you for your sense of direction on purchases, you steered me right!! Normally a great store that I take my friends to. Not any more after some chicanery on my last visit. Basically, the door man said it was required that he scan my ID and that of my party. We had our IDs to show but did not give consent to scan, yet he did so for the first of us anyways. When I asked to talk to management, he came back and told us to take a hike if we didn't agree to having our IDs scanned. Fine. Never coming back. Avoid if you care about your personal information.

Used to love this place. Now new name. They advertise 30% off, but not until they jacked up their prices. Not shopping here any more - there is too much competition, 5 more stores within 2 miles.

This is one of my favorite stores to visit on a weekly basis me and my wife always stock up on $8 dollar dab days..DON'T BUY FROM THE BRAND "SPACE WEED"!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF BUDS ARE ALWAYS TRASH TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS..

Love this store they have the best deals 30% off every single day on online orders. Just bought some space weed and after 1 bowl I just threw it in the trash seems like the more times I try and give it another shot it just is worse and worse.

I NEVER leave reviews BUT unfortunately after my visit here I just have to. Out of all the shops in the area my visit here at Local Roots Everett was the worse. I came with a good friend (his 1st time ever in a dispensary) and I was hyped to walk in and see how nice and big the store was and to make things better there was only one customer which meant no waiting. Sadly I quickly fell off cloud 9 after being helped by Duane. We came in friendly greeted him and were filled with good energy, I let Duane know that I was not from the state and wanted to know more about some products but his responses and facial expressions from the start were very impolite and unprofessional. he seemed like he didn’t want to be there,help us or answer any of our questions he seemed annoyed every time we asked a question and just gave us short cold answers which made us feel uncomfortable and I felt like I needed to keep saying sorry. It ruined our whole experience there especially since my friend tagged along to see if we can find a tincture for his son who has autism. Duanes effort to try and help us in a situation where we were truly looking to get educated and knowledge and help on products was very discouraging. We eventually just tried to make it quick and stopped asking questions since he seemed like we were such a big bother. At the end I asked if he can just add a certain joint i wanted and he came back with a huge tube. I asked Duane if that was the joint I had asked for and he said “no this is a blunt”. Which was the reason why my total was coming out to 35$ more. He ended up getting the correct one after i showed him the item on the online menu. We didn’t get any answers to our questions, didn’t get any discounts, no product to help my friends son, and just left disappointed and in disbelief. As soon as we hit the exit my friend said “so is this how it is at every dispensary?” Man I felt bad for my friend and myself honestly. I never thought we would have such a bad experience there

Just went into local roots for the first time. Had the best experience. Got in and out in a timely manner. Had a very professional and super personable interaction with Andrew. Got 15 Lil rays and had the best time. I live in Marysville and will definitely be coming back JUST BECAUSE OF ANDREW and the customer service I received.

This place quite possibly the most unique pot shop, cannabis store you'll ever walk into. There is literally nothing like it. I've been to Illinois, Montana, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Out of all those states, this store by far stands apart from all the stores and all the states I have visited. Their prices and products are in par with all the other stores but the experience you will have here is definitely like no other place that you've been in I promise it's like walking into an art gallery. If I were to open my own business, this is definitely a footprint I would use as a comparison to all others. I felt like I was walking into a John Wick movie or a modern art gallery.

This is a five star bud shop, it is. The line was dif but it makes sense quick, and there is a lot of product. If you grab like every other day there's x2 30% off sale days every week just saying. The tenders have knowledge of the product, and opinions so hit em up

Great selection of products, nice staff, spacious interior. They stay open late which is a huge help for me. They do rotate product quickly, so they seem to have a different selection almost every time I go (that can be an upside or downside depending on what you are looking for). Overall I’m extremely satisfied with this place.
