I’m absolutely coming back! Out of all the adult stores I’ve visited, this one stands out as the best and most welcoming. The stock is fantastic, with a huge variety of feminine outfits to suit any taste—plus a whole section of store-branded gear that’s unique and fun.
What really sealed the deal? The comfortable vibe. The staff I spoke to were friendly, approachable, and genuinely made me feel at ease (a rarity in this industry!). If you’re looking for adult products, definitely stop by—between the well-curated selection and top-notch customer experience, you’ll walk away happy and satisfied with your purchases.

I went into the Evergreen Way Store on Tuesday I was greeted so kindly by Corina. She made me very comfortable that I felt I could be honest about things I was looking to buy and not feel judged in a bad way. Corrina acted professionally, was super attentive I will only return to this location because of Corrina.

I've never been treated so rudely in my life I was refused entry because I had no car I walked up to the store. I had $1000 in my pocket that I showed them! I even asked her to get the item for me and just give her $ and they wouldn't even do that! Who treats customers like that! I will be telling everyone I know and never coming here again! F U

Only positive is it is very clean and organized inside.As for the cons- I was watched and partially followed around the whole time I was in the store... The changing(singular) room was "out of order." So living in North Everett, I make a purchase get all the way home find out it doesn't fit, drive all the way back to do it again. Store credit or size exchange are the only returnable options.So waste of gas for a "maybe this will fit" (for future reference)Got asked half way through shopping if I would put my purse behind the counter. When I offered to look in my purse in the moment and before I leave it was " preferred" to leave it behind the counter......

Don't apply to work here!I have been a customer here for a long time, wonderful customer service. However after i put my application in here on indeed i was led on for weeks.? This made me upset so i went in for my usual re-up on necessities, while there i dropped off my resume. After a few days i got an automated text saying to call them when they were open. No message on indeed.Upon calling i was sent to voicemail multiple times, when i did get through i spoke with a kind man with an M name. He asked me some pre screen questions then told me to come in for an interview next day? i tried to reschedule but he shot me down.I showed up early to the interview and was met with many fliers taped to the doors about shoplifters and how the dont allow walk ups ? when i got inside i was greeted by a woman and a man. They told me out of the blue they were holding group interviews?. I was not told of this before hand. They handed me a sheet that had the usual interview questions; availability, name, number, email. But this is where it gets too kookie for me, they had a math test they were handing out. ??I respectfully declined the interview saying i was not notified of a group interview. Upon hearing this the lady escalated saying " we aren't required to notify you" ??? using the most passive aggressive tone ive heard since fast food. I replied "it would've been more considerate if you did.now that i know to who's pockets im lining i will no longer be a customerTL;DRWas led on, treated unprofessionally, had my expectations subverted, and was treated rudely.

Amazing customer service I didnt get her name but she was great explained were different things were in the store let me look around and helped me pick out the an amazing prostate massager even opened the box to make sure it charged and worked also to explain how to use it. 10 outa 10 recommended this store hoping all of the employees are as good.

Went in there today and was greeted by Amanda who was very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the products and even gave me some advice about an issue my partner and I are having when I asked her. I will definitely be back. The only thing that would be better is if they were open earlier. Wonderful experience.

Went into the evergreen way store in Everett and was greeted warmly by Daphne. It's not always easy going into a store and asking questions about certain items or things. A lot of places I have been to make you feel judged or weird, but not so with Daphne, She was professional and answered all my questions, even helped me with my purchase by joining the text club Made my experience more enjoyable and me more at ease.I would definitely recommend this store, and I will that I will for sure be returning from my experience I got from her.Thank You.

I applied to work here and was told to call corporate just to be told by Kevin “why are you calling stop asking me questions” “if I hire you and you don’t work weekends I will get in trouble” NOT MY PROBLEM. A manager afraid of his employs shows your character. It shows who runs the store and clearly its not you. Your patience and people skills are so low I’m amazed you still work there. What ever personal problems you have going on keep them at home and I hope you never get talked to the way you talked to me. I was also told to have a good life. I think you need it more Kevin.

I went into the Evergreen Way Store. I was greeted immediately by employee Corina. While the specific item I was looking for was not stocked, Corina suggested I go to the store website. Afterwards, she began asking probing questions so that she could gain a better sense of what I was interested AND Corina than showed me similar alternatives. In addition, Corrina showed me other items as Corina made me very comfortable that I felt I could be honest about things I was looking to buy AND not feel judged negatively or embarrassed. Corrina acted professionally, was attentive, and knowledgeable. I will return to this location because of Corrina.
