Stopped by during business hours for a tour, but the office is empty and nobody answered the phone. Came back at another time and still nobody home. If there's nobody staffing the office during posted business hours, how would I expect to contact staff as a resident? Definitely won't be back.

Scheduled an appointment at 11am to view a two bedroom apartment. Got an email 2 hours before our appointment telling us it was still on. When we showed up no one was there to answer the door. After ten minutes a worker let us in through the door and said the office employee had an emergency and would be here soon. He then continued to use profanity to complain about several things. We proceed to wait 45 more minutes until someone showed up. After a half hearted apology they proceeded to tell us the apartment we scheduled to view was no longer available. A simple call or email could have easily prevented us wasting half of our morning. Very disappointed in the communication from Lumen.

Hugo from Lumen Maintenance came in to change-out my outdated and non-working room light fixtures. Hugo is hard working and timely, professional and friendly and I appreciate the efficiency.

The experience was good. The maintenance man came up and helped turn the blinds correctly. Took measurement so that I could get new blind since the original blinds when the building was built.

Edwin was awesome. Although I chose to go somewhere else that doesn't discredit the really great experience I had touring this complex. The unit/complex was very nice Edwin went above and beyond showing me all the amenities, ins and outs of the place. He was very quick and kind to answer some obscure questions I had. The maintenance gentleman went out of his way to introduce himself. Only reason I didn't pick this place was size of unit for the price.
