I was a new customer today. I've been going to another nail salon for years but I've started leaving unhappy and I heard amazing reviews about Luna. I met with Lena today and she did an amazing job doing my nails! She is incredibly kind and took her time and made them look great! I'll definitely be a returning customer!??

The man at front desk seemed annoyed that my african wife was even in this place seemed racist when it came to even being a little bit gracious didn't offer anything to drink like everyone else in the shop. I asked for a glass of wine for my wife clearly he didn't want to serve it to her asked for ID I understand it's law but never asked anyone else for ID because I watched him serve wine to 2 other people and didn't ask. Will not come back ever again and well not recommend to anyone.

Went in for pedicure and manicure as I have many times. The gentleman who did my pedi cut my toe so bad it was bleeding. When mgr asked how my visit was I told him and showed him. He asked if he apologized, yes. He never offered to give a credit. Just kept saying next time, next time. There will not be a next time.
Stylist: Don’t remember his name but he seemed to be new since I’ve never seen him before. He was not good.cut my toe bad. So bad I yelled ouch out loud and people looked. He just apologized. Was sure he even cleaned it up cause blood was all over toe. Will not be going back

This place is awesome. Friendly and kind staff. Clean, nice atmosphere. Wine, cocktails, and nails at the same time? Awesome. Perfect way to spend the weekend. Husband waiting approved. Probably safe to ignore the haters with negative reviews. Reading a few of them, they seem hard to please, generally speaking.

In general, it's not a bad salon I've already done my nails there 4 times but last time they really lost me as a client. There are only 2 people in the salon that I trust to do my nails and do a good job but every time I schedule to do it with them, when I get there it is not available or I have to wait or do it with someone else. Wendy did my nail last time and all I can say is that I do NOT recommend it, bad service, poorly done work, rude and I had to correct the work on my nails all the time. Awful experience!

Luna Nail Lounge was absolutely AMAZING for my 10 year old daughter's birthday! They went above and beyond to make her feel special, and she was glowing by the time we were done.
We made a group reservation for a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, they were expecting and ready for us. They seated all five girls together and their mani/pedi services lasted over an hour! The salon was immaculate, and they offered complimentary beverages to guests.
Towards the end of the service, they started playing "Happy Birthday" overhead, while staff lined up with a quirky birthday hat and serenaded her. All of the patrons joined in singing and wishing her a happy birthday. They had special kid pricing, and it was overall just a ten star experience!!
I will gladly recommend Luna a million times over from now on! Thank you!

They were able to get my wife in right away, so that was nice. However, all she asked for was to paint her nails and add stripes on two of her nails. The man that painted her nails either couldn't or wouldn't understand what she was wanting, and then did a poor job. Didn't even the polish out so it looked splotchy, didn't clean up the lines of the stripes, and left the side of an entire nail dull.
Overall poor job that literally left my wife in tears.
Won't be going back.
