Could not be more happy with the experience and products! Greyson was so helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me find the perfect new mattress and pillows and I was in and out with delivery scheduled in about an hour. The delivery was super smooth and professional. Bedtime is my favorite now because my new bed is so comfortable.

I have had such a great experience buying my first mattress and I credit it to this store and to Siera. She spent a lot of time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed. She was patient and not pushy at all. Siera helped us find the perfect mattress and answered all our questions. I’m soooo happy with our purchase and I would definitely recommend Siera and this Mattress Firm to anyone!
Update: We just purchased our second mattress from this store from Greyson. She was amazing as well! She was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about what we were looking for. It was also extremely fast - we were in and out within an hour. I’m so excited about my purchase!

The manager was there and she was so helpful with picking out the right mattress for me that stayed within my budget. She was very honest about of the ones I was looking at previously online and the ones I thought i liked in store. Would recommend this store as an option if you very much value customer service.

Our adjustable bed broke. It has been a nightmare working with the warranty company going back-and-forth. We ended up getting a hold of Jesse who works at the Everett mall location. He was super helpful and in a matter of a few hours he got us all set up with a new one. and a delivery date within a few days. Super grateful.

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Helped me find the right mattress for my hip pain at night. Almost bought some cheap mattress online but I was at the point where I couldn’t sleep anymore from the pain so I didn’t want to risk it. Free delivery, free pickup of my old mattress, and a free electronically adjustable bed frame 🙂
