This store got a huge scam practice. They use to add line whit out coatumers consents. When you try close that extra line because you never ask for another line they charge you for delete a line than you never ask for it!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️🚨

Call customer service before buying a phone thru the store we over paid a lot for our phones bc the store prices are high and it's 35$ for a new phone on flex not the whole bill thru the store shame

Staff at the casino road store are pretty rude and not tactful in the slightest!! Did not understand something said when I went there and the woman working seemed almost irritated that I wasn't understanding what she had told me. If you don't know how to leave your BULLSHIT at the damn door when you get to work then call in sick or something.. DONT TAKE YOUR BAD DAY OUT ON THE CUSTOMER!!

All the good reviews are from friends and family. It wasn't hard to find that out because half of them have the same last name and the other half was easily related with a simple Google search.
The guy tries to scam you out more money every single time. He will change 3x the price on everything. He lies about everything and will even threaten to call and lying to the cops about customers. I've seen this happen a couple times now. Trash place and people

I have enjoyed being with Metro by T-Mobile until I went to upgrade and got TOTALLY SCAMMED by the employee there. I personally recommend NOT GOING THERE!!!!!! I thought I was getting a good deal but instead I not only spent WAY TOO MUCH, but all of our phones were shut off due to the bill not getting paid with making this purchase and got NO RECEIPT EITHER!!! STAY AWAY, Mike WILL SCAM YOU

I bought a phone 5 days ago and it was having problems and I went to see if I could do something and they told me no and I was paying for insurance and a 14-day warranty and the attitude of the service assistant people was terrible.

The guys in there were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. The manager is awesome even giving me an extra coupon and discount! I will definitely come back to this location and suggest this Metro location for Everett!!! Go see Ratiff!! Thanks again ?

Went in to purchase a 5 g phone they didn't have the one on display instead came out with a cheap phone. I ask for an itemized receipt which would explain the 84.75 in charges instead was handed a receipt for the total charges contacted customer service no help I've been with these guys for 8 years and feel like I'm getting the run around.

Terrible customer service!! Had to wait 3 minutes for someone to come to the front of the store. Unprofessional. It reeks here. Storeisnt run the same way it used to be. These people are scammers!!!!! I give my prayers to whoever sold this now junk filled poor excuse of a business

Rudest employee ever. Was obviously pissed that we walked in the store. Refused to assist us with reprovisioning a tablet. Was angry when we asked her to use the key to check if there was a sim card. Dismissed us at a glance when I asked if they had any screen protectors or cases available for the tablet. Refused to give us her name.
