I bought a phone 5 days ago and it was having problems and I went to see if I could do something and they told me no and I was paying for insurance and a 14-day warranty and the attitude of the service assistant people was terrible.

The guys in there were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. The manager is awesome even giving me an extra coupon and discount! I will definitely come back to this location and suggest this Metro location for Everett!!! Go see Ratiff!! Thanks again ?

Went in to purchase a 5 g phone they didn't have the one on display instead came out with a cheap phone. I ask for an itemized receipt which would explain the 84.75 in charges instead was handed a receipt for the total charges contacted customer service no help I've been with these guys for 8 years and feel like I'm getting the run around.

Terrible customer service!! Had to wait 3 minutes for someone to come to the front of the store. Unprofessional. It reeks here. Storeisnt run the same way it used to be. These people are scammers!!!!! I give my prayers to whoever sold this now junk filled poor excuse of a business

Rudest employee ever. Was obviously pissed that we walked in the store. Refused to assist us with reprovisioning a tablet. Was angry when we asked her to use the key to check if there was a sim card. Dismissed us at a glance when I asked if they had any screen protectors or cases available for the tablet. Refused to give us her name.

The store manager Malkeet really needs to learn customer service.. The phone's not working instead of helping keeps saying it's our fault.. Keep asking us to buy a phone from him, i just purchased brand new unlocked Samsung S22 which works with every carrier but not metro PCS, The Manager kept cutting me off instead of listening and extremely rude, arrogant.. Changing my carrier today Metro PCS should be shut down

Just came in to buy a phone and walked out with a super cheap cost of a phone with protection. I expected more than just $200. I walked out with a great deal. Been a loyal customer for a very long time and I just loved every minute I had with Solanna. The young generation do have such spunk. She helped me in every way she could. Nonetheless the customer service is wonderful here. You would expect other metro stores to do the same but I guess some are just not run the same like other stores. Definitely recommend coming here. These guys can get you out the door in 10 minutes alone.

Love this store and their employees! Especially, Tsusanna and she plays the best music!!!! Their is other metros in Everett, but I get bad service from the casino location. Come to this store instead! Super helpful.

I love the service I received today. I bought a new phone here at this store and byfar it was more cheaper and convenient. I went to the one on casino road and I was told it'd be 300 with everything that cane with the phone.Unbelievable for a new line of service right? Well I came here and payed about 170.I recommend this store. I dont remember the girls name that helped me here at the store. All I know is that she's really short and is super honest with her customers. There was a line but I'm glad she was able to help me. You guys are so reliable. 10/10 service.

This place keep sending customers to other locations after they lock account for 3 days customers be getting mad at other location for everything they do.Be giving wrong information to customers recently my sister tried to pay the phone bill for my mom they wouldn’t help her at all rude and bad customer.

This place discriminated against me when I'm hearing a paired and the math was being worn and the gal told me I had to leave because I couldn't hear her or understand her under the mask that was mandatory the time. How dare your company do these two people who have disability who cannot understand you under the mask. The lady was very rude very unprofessional and discrimination! Watch watch out!

As an ex metro pcs customer, I must say I had the worst uncounted with this one lady. I have been a customer since 2016. I love this store and the people who worked there.. but now I was meet with contempt and real hostility. I was truspased from the building on May 4th 2022 between4-5:30 and had no real reason for it. I was current in my bill and needed a new phone, the funny thing is as I was leaving she waved good bye both to me and at the minimum $250.00 but also a loyal customer. I feel like the customer service has become a joke. This employee hides behind arrogance and passive aggressive behavior you would expect from a homedepot parking lot day hire. You could find better employees at the homeless shelter.
