It can be very stressful when you need something printed ASAP for a client and you are not local. MinuteMan made it so easy! Guillermo and the team were very quick to respond via email and provide a quote. They were eager and ready to assist, and they went out of their way to accommodate the client's needs. My prints were unusable due to the color profile of the image not matching the printer. When I tried to talk to the representative about it, he was incredibly condescending with unnecessary comments such as "you should already know this" and "I thought I already said this" when I asked for clarification on his deliberately vague explanation. I felt like he was intentionally dumbing down his answers instead of giving me a straightforward technical answer, then acting condescending when I tried to get the technical details.I said that I felt he was being rude and he became even more combative over the accusation of rudeness. I was willing to pay for a reprint, but it seemed obvious that he was more interested in passing off blame over miscommunication than actually walking a customer through the process of getting a useful product. He treated me like a child instead of someone trying to do business with him, then acted smug about the fact that it clearly bothered me.This man and his business also supports Trump, which told me that this kind of attitude isn't an isolated incident. Disgusted that I gave them my money.

I was able to get what i needed to get done. But really didnt like the looks i got from the guy at the computer behind the counter. And when first walked in the door first thing they said to me was "Can we help you". Kinda like i wasnt supposed to be there. Ready to ask me to leave. It took about 20min to fax a sheet of paper.the whole time that man in front of the computer keeping his eyes on me, Hyper aware to me like i was a criminal from the bar scene in Star Wars. If i ever need to fax anything again ill come back just to see how they respond to me the 2nd time maybe it was just a fluke.
