This review is for Bob Lloyd in sales. He really went the extra mile for me, took action to provide detailed information that I requested and wasn't able to find anywhere else. When others said sorry I can't help you, he came to my rescue. If you are in the market to buy a truck... go see Bob!!Excellent customer service!

In Feb of 2019 I purchased a International 4300 and had the brakes lock up and had the truck towed to Motor Trucks. First they tried to hit me with a $550 diagnostic bill with out me being aware they charged for diagnotics. I had them go through the truck and replace and remove several items as it was previously an Aid Unit. They did most of the work with out giving me a price . The price was was quoted at $6500 , I laughed and told them I didnt authorize most of what they did. In the end we worked it out but I was left thinking these guys are crooks. Here we are its May of 2019 and and the trucks brakes are locked and would not move , thats what originally got my truck to Motor Trucks to begin with. The truck has just been sitting un used. I called Motor truck and told them about the problem and they sent there mobile guy out. They charged me $550 to have the guy cage the brake so i could move the truck 100 yards , that means he screwed in 1 bolt , didnt fix the problem , the original problem , for $550 I see how they have such a nice facility , They just keep ripping off repeat customers. Never Again !!!!!

Ridiculously curt, rude and exceptionally awful reception, parts and attitude in general. Was expecting much more from a long- standing large business with a beautiful facility!! Wow!! Never again!!

Two persons in a different days told me the truck is ready and everything works good. The main issue it was some sensor and brake lights problem. They are fixed sensor, but not a brake lights. Only one reason why I want with them, because they are was available to fix my truck. One question why nobody says to me nothing about brake lights, I mean they are can not fix it? Now I have to brake my business schedule and my personal also, I can not drive that truck. My recommendation: Don't waste your time and money, go straight to dealer or Duke's Repair.

To be clear, the RV company repurchased this RV from us because it was a lemon. There was no coolant leak. The problem was a diesel particulate filter and was a known problem to the RV company. The VP of the RV company confirmed they would have both paid for the service at this location but they were not asked to.
