The business is available after normal business hours by appointment only (after 4:00pm Mon.-Fri. or on Saturday). Products include custom letter jackets, apparel, graduation regalia, cap and gowns, honor cords, award medals and endless variety of promotional products for your organization. Customer service wonderful, friendly owners and high quality materials. They delivered jackets within the promised timeframe, even with additional patch notations added after initial order. Representatives create custom patch based on digital work, do not cut corners and order early. They recommend the place for fast, fair price, great experience and follow up making it happen.
I didn’t make a big purchase, but the staff still went out of their way—even though they were technically closed—to help me out. Super friendly and helpful! I found exactly what I needed thanks to their kindness and quick support. Really appreciated the last-minute save!

Friendly! Helpful! And Accommodating! We needed some patches added to my daughter’s jacket before senior pictures. I brought it in and it was ready 1 week later! Amazing! I know different times of the year they can be busy but they always care about their customers!
