We were supposed to get oil yesterday but you had a truck break down. We said no problem come today. You came today and we needed to move a table out of the way which we did while you filled out neighbors tank then refused to come over and fill our tank. Said you'll come tomorrow. Well hopefully you do and clean up your oil spill you left. I've got little kids and don't need them getting into it.

Customer service is terrible! They delivered to my house for over 20 years. Then this week decide they will no longer deliver to my house. No warning no communication even after I call to get a fill up. They just no show and then I had to call to get the answer! Unbelievable! Plus they are more expensive. Unbelievably terrible.
