Next Level Games and Cards is a thriving gaming store in the local area that has seen a significant transformation since a new owner took over about a year ago. The store now boasts a lively atmosphere, with employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic while also engaging in in-depth conversations with customers.
Customers praise the store's excellent customer service, with one reviewer mentioning that the staff replaced a console that wasn't working properly, even though they were able to get the original one to function after a few tries. The store is well-organized, with a wide variety of products packed into a relatively small retail space, including a great selection of retro games and modern entertainment options.
The new owner is described as an "awesome guy" who knows his stuff and is very friendly, while the employees are also praised for their helpfulness and knowledge. The store is a certified Yu-Gi-Oh retailer and offers a range of gaming solutions, from casual to hardcore gamers, including TCG cards, Dungeons and Dragons supplies, and even Gunpla/Gundam models.
Customers appreciate the store's competitive and reasonable pricing, as well as its good return policies on consoles and games. Overall, Next Level Games and Cards is a welcoming and engaging place for gamers of all kinds, where they can feel safe, respected, and able to be themselves.
