Lazy staff i went online to find out where I could get a ferret, and some supplies, and this came up.But when you called , there's no one there , nor does anyone give the courtesy to give you phone call back..sad.. That's how our world is become a complacent , lazy people..sad.hope.you all get a flat tire as you drive..

I have a wholesale account with Northwest, and I love it. Their customer service is excellent. The selection of animals and timely shipping is always appreciated, and we will continue to use them as a supplier for many years to come.

Management (owners) - extraordinarily disorganized/messy admin setting. Inability to properly train. They cannot keep staff with the offer of better than the norm pay because the owner doesn't have a clarified system of processing. They are the only zoological supply in the region and as such continue to build up business but are severely lacking in the ability to successfully manage. On the plus side, they do take excellent care of their products, probably because the other owner is in charge of this aspect.
