I recently opened a charge card with old navy and saved a bunch of $ on discounts. They have great styles for an active/business casual person. I wanted to write a review on the customer service of the credit card department. I was trying to make a payment and they took many additional steps to ensure the security of my account was protected and safe which made me feel great about signing up with them.

The staff are so friendly here! Had a great conversation while at the register. The store is well organized and thoughtfully laid out, and employees keep everything tidy and well stocked. Excellent selection of clearance merch at the very back left corner of the store. (Very tempting selection of items for pets, too, towards the front of the store)!
