I recently had a very disappointing experience with this financial institution. The staff I interacted with were both rude and seemed to lack basic knowledge about their own services. To make matters worse, they were initially unwilling to accept my payment due to the time of day. Although they eventually accepted my payment, it was not in the manner we had agreed upon during a prior phone call. This made the process incredibly frustrating and unproductive. I’m glad I’ve paid off my loan in full and am done with them. I expected a higher level of professionalism and competence, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. I would not recommend this institution to anyone looking for reliable and courteous financial assistance.

Terrible customer service. I'm a returning customer and got treated like I was nothing. Also was told multiple different things and still got no help. Also had two existing offers online through my account on their website which I thought I would have been able to choose from to find out that neither were actually available. Still waiting to hear back and to see if the process can continue further. Wouldn't recommend this location. The Lynnwood location is much friendlier and helpful.

In the past, I have used OMF, and had nothing but smooth sailing. This time, it was incredibly difficult to get anything completed. My loan was approved 12 days ago, and I have still not been funded. I'm so unhappy with this experience.

Piss poor customer service. I literally had to threaten them with harassment claims to have them stop calling me when I have never missed a payment on my account whatsoever and autopay each month. Left a voicemail regarding my account and was told that because I told them not to call me they can’t even return my voicemail regarding my account. I have a near perfect credit score, and they still want my car as collateral. I would recommend Lending Club over OneMain any day of the week. Don’t waste your time unless you want them to test your patience and your credit.

I have to say the staff at the Everett office is absolutely the best. I had an issue and Jason didn't hesitate to help me fix it. Everyone here is kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to do business with.Thank you Jason for turning a bad day great again.

Literally the worst company to ever work with. If you can avoid using them, probably the best. They love to take out payments from your account when they are not supposed to then make you jump through hoops for weeks, trying to get things resolved, even though it was their fault. Jason, the branch manager, is rude, ignorant, and arrogant. I’ve had to unfortunately work with him numerous occasions, and he brings his attitude every time. Checking your ego at the door should be a requirement at any customer service position.

Waste of my time and energy. Asked me so many pics of vehicles and takes long time then asked unprofessional questions and said decline my application. I don’t understand why did not ask before application process. I do not recommend this company! Be aware! Unprofessional
