Couldn’t speak higher of my experience with Option Care. As a nurse myself, I already had some understanding of how infusions work but Laurel was simply amazing during my discharge from the hospital. Absolutely love her!

I had nothing but positive experiences with this company! From the rep I met with in the hospital, to Kelly, their personable and efficient phone rep. She called every week to set up my deliveries and always made sure I had enough supplies as well. I was never without what I needed when I needed it. And all it took was one phone call. Sadly, this is not the norm most with companies and doctor's offices anymore. Too often, it takes multiple phone calls to get anything done. Not so with Kelly and the warehouse team at Option Care. They did an awesome job! Thank you, Kelly! And thanks to the warehouse team! All of you played a large, much appreciated, part in my healing.

Professional, dedicated and so very supportive! My daughter's health problems became scary and overwhelming over the last 2 years. Literally everyone at Option Care has been amazing to the point of giving me the time and space to talk everything out, even letting me just vent for a while. And I know that's hard when there's so many demands on their time. Deliveries are reliable even in the middle of a snow storm!

This company is unprofessional and dangerously deadly. My son had a Picc Line put in and their nurses came for two weeks to my house. They only drew blood and filled out paperwork and never bothered to change my son's IV dressing. Their nurses not changing the Picc Line dressing was a very serious neglect on their part because the Picc Line is connected to my son's large artery leading straight to his heart. How their nurses failed to change the dressing for a whole two weeks is a real shock. I had to find out that they were supposed to change it weekly when I took my son to the Emergency Department at NY Presbyterian because the IV line was giving him a burning sensation. Worst of all I called the program director, Julie and asked that the 2 nurses not come back. I requested that I get a fully trained nurse, but to my surprise the same neglectful nurses called to schedule a home visit... I was shocked that they would try and come back after almost killing my son. This company is the most incompetent company I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Would not recommend anyone uses their services.
