Was in oriley today and there was this customer being very rude to an employee I think his name was Jonathan and this dude handled it so well. Kept it very professional when the customer was trying to tell him how to do his job. Need more employees like this in the world.

Best guy the onr who speak spanish is very helpful. He should get a raised. Helped me with my o2 sensor and help me with the loner tools. As well getting a hose for my evap. Best guy

Absolutely the worst.
Came in and bought a $350 optima battery.
When I went to install it a cable clamp that I had recently purchased broke.
I went back to the store and inquired about a warranty.
It was out of warranty by only a few months.
Even after discussing it with the manager Jef, I was forced to buy another $10 cheap Chinese POS cable.
This should have been a courtesy item replacement.
All I can say is, that there is no after purchase help or assistance at this location.

Very helpful staff. The store had the product I needed in stock. The product was reasonably priced, unlike many situations these days. Easy to get in and out of their parking lot and conveniently located off a highway and right in town.

Dylan helped my family and I when our car battery decided to die with no warning close to the store at Silver Lake. This young man even stayed after he had closed the store to help us get this battery installed. Being from out of town, I was super thankful and hope he knows how much we appreciated his help. This store is lucky to have such an employee and anyone going to this store will be happy to have such a knowledgeable person working with them.

Employees are pretty nice guys but on 2 separate occasions they informed me that they could not price match without the store manager there. Quite unfortunate because I will be shopping at Autozone down the street where I have never had a issue..
