I made a huge mistake and went to another company - not because Orkin wasn't wonderful but because I fell prey to a young salesman trying to earn money for college....if he was being honest. The new company was terrible; it took 10 minutes to get to a real person on the phone, they didn't honor their appointments and didn't cancel on a timely basis. When I called Orkin I quickly got to a live person. Orkin took me back with 'open arms' and our service technician who has ALWAYS been responsive and super friendly took care of my new ant problem with great attention to detail. I will never think of leaving Orkin again!

The tech was nice- so not directed at him! But super disappointed in Orkin as a company. I had a flea treatment done at my house that ultimately didn’t work. When I followed up I was told we were out of our 30 day window (which I figured was 30 days from the last treatment.. but no). They told me it’d be $250 for another treatment. I wasn’t going to pay another $250 for a treatment that made zero difference. I called twice and was assured they were going to follow up. Never happened! So I am pretty sure I was just scammed out of $250. Wouldn’t recommend.

Truly enjoy knowing my house is safe from rats and bugs. Stanley is my new guy as Chris left but still as wonderful to speak with and does the job perfectly. Thank you.

The second person that came out named Gordon was great! Very informative and made sure bait was put in every room Instead of just the main area where ants originally started. The first tech that came out did not do that. Spent most of time outside .

Tommie was very knowledgeable and professional, and when I asked him about a couple of wasp nests that popped up, he didn't hesitate to take care of them.
