They exceeded my expectations twice. My first order was for business cards, I ordered it on a Tuesday and needed it by the weekend-- but they had it ready within the SAME day!
My second order was for signs. The price ended up being really good, especially in comparison to the other local print shops or online shops I got price quotes from. When I picked it up, I also found they included a few extra pieces! So not only did I get it for a better price, but I got more for the price. And I'll definitely have a use for them, so that was a fun & exciting surprise!
I later discovered a minor issue with 2 of my yard signs (the holes were horizontal vs vertical, so I couldn't use stakes to stand them upright), but Brenda promptly had replacements ready for me within the same day and even included some extra yard sign stakes for free!
They went above and beyond & the print quality was great, so I'll definitely be back for future orders! Thanks Brenda and everyone else who worked on my orders!

Pacific copy is so fast getting my orders ready. I usually send an email with what i want and it's ready the next day. Very reasonable price for what they do. It's also convenient to get to from Broadway.

We had to print 500 flyers for our SAT workshop and Brenda help us get it done in less than 2 hours and that too at a reasonable price. Super helpful staff, I would definitely go there again for our printing needs in the future.

I really love this company. They do fine work but more important to me is the generous customer service.
