I had a nice conversation with the CS representative here. very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions. I just believed his candor and transparency, so after about 10 minutes of conversing with him, I decided I was going to use their services. The gratitude was overwhelming.

Do NOT use this company! I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews and try not to unless warranted. With P.O.A. I feel the need to warn others about this company, so I go forth with my review with a cringe. First off, the customer service is terrible. They do not respond to emails unless it seems to benefit them or if you want to end service with them. Meetings will be scheduled, then rescheduled a few times until they are ready for you. If you call, you get voice mail and even leaving a message will not get you a return call. If you need IT service..it's great!...of course after it takes a week or more to get to you. So in the meantime your office may need to suffer until they can make time to get to your problem with their machines. Another problem..you may not want to list your lease on the personal property tax as required because you will end up paying personal property tax on the machine twice!! We paid our personal property tax on our machine just to receive a bill a couple of weeks later from POA to reimburse them for paying the property tax on the machine in our office! So, we paid personal property TWICE. When I asked to resolve this issue, I received a "I will get you that information", then nothing. I have tried contacting them two more times and no response or return emails *sigh* Also be aware their printing costs they charge you for using your machine are, in my humble opinion, outrageous. However, I will take blame for not knowing better because I should have read the "FINE PRINT". So, to those reading this review...READ THE FINE PRINT IN THEIR CONTRACTS!!!! In all fairness to them, their charges are there...just make sure to ask and read! Do your research too..there are better prices out there! Now, I write this review still under a contract with them we could not afford to buy out. I figured customer service couldn't get any worse and people need to know what they are getting into. I should also take blame for using them because I saw all the one star reviews regarding this company but I always feel everyone deserves a chance. BIG MISTAKE!! Be warned please...do not use this company. Save your money and get a better machine and service with another company. The one star reviews are across all their offices and all seem to reiterate what I am writing now. Read them and be warned wherever your office may be. I must admit this company has made me lose my appetite for giving companies with one star reviews a chance. So disheartening and disappointing.
