I would recommend Pam to anyone who would like permanent eye Liner. She is very good at .her job and very caring about how you're doing while she is applying your Liner. The place is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I walked away very satisfied with my experience and love the way my eyes look. Will be going back to have my brows done next.
