I got locked out of my unit they put a padlock on it even though my rent was paid, the office was closed so I was unable to contact anybody. I called the phone number and left a message and then I emailed the office and to this day I've never received a response from them. I lost out on a $200 job because I couldn't get to my tools. Their hours of operation are not the best. I wouldn't recommend this place, as I'm getting ready to move out myself. I think the worst part was no response from the corporate office, what kind of customer service is that?

Easy to reserve, they were prepared when I arrived to do paperwork, very friendly and professional, property (outside and inside building) is very clean and well kept, lots of security - cameras, locks, pass codes which all make me feel my items are safe.

This is a great place to rent a space. I come back here when ever I need to rent a space for a short while. Their always super nice and helpful. The lighting and entrances to the units have all been updated, since I rented a few years ago. I really like that there's always someone on site, feels safer.

What can be said about a self storage business. This is where I keep my storables. Older structures but sound and well roofed. Prices are competitive and all in all, including the staff, it's just a nice safe place. I gave it four stars instead of five because they have hour restrictions. Not many: 5:30 am to 9:00 at night. For what it's worth I recommend this place.
