Spent 1100 to have an oil change, starter motor replaced and brake fluid change. Now my key fob won't open my trunk or lock my car as well as interior lights not working unless I have the key on. I have to open my trunk daily for work and lock my doors. This is now a major inconvenience in my daily life.

I had mostly good experiences here until recently. For the first time, I got my brakes replaced by PepBoys at the end of last year and got their warranty deal. I had already gotten my rear brakes replaced, so only got the front. Within a couple of weeks they started grinding; I assumed they were just in a secondary stage of breaking in since they were new (in hindsight, this was a stupid thought). The grinding kept up for months and I finally had it with them grinding at every stop, so took my car in to get them checked and make sure they were properly installed. PepBoys was able to detect the same issue after a day or so but told me they thought it was my ABS activating improperly and sent me to the dealership to see if there was a recall. The dealer looked at them and told me it wasn’t anything to do with the ABS or ECM, but bad after-market brakes. It took me a bit to agree, but after I finally allowed the dealer to put their brakes on, the problem has never resurfaced. TLDR: PepBoys will give you bad brakes, convince you to pay for the extra warranty package and will result in you having to just get the dealer to redo their work for more money. My advice: just go to the dealer, it will save money, time and prevent headaches. I know I’ve learned my lesson.

Nah the manager is a very nice and generous man who will give a great deal on tires, brakes wheel alignment. My 2018 tundra ride so nice with the alignment and new tires, brakes on a dime.
I Will continue to go as send friends and family to this location for all my needs.
