Brittnay was a wonderful and very knowledgeable and fitted me so well for my first cpap. The clinic did not have the top hose as an on hand option however, Brittnay thought to look and there happened to be an unopened on exactly what I needed!!!! I wish they carried these and I didn’t have to ask, as I am a side sleeper and active with my hands and didn’t like the idea of a front hose. All in all, it worked out and Brittnay is awesome!! -Gina

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brittany who got me fitted for my CPAP machine. She was seriously so kind, super helpful, and honestly really funny too. She made the whole thing way less awkward and way more chill than I expected. She’s honestly a gem. 10/10 would totally recommend her.

Brittany provided outstanding care and support during my mom’s sleep PAP fitting appointment. She took the time to listen to my mom’s concerns and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Brittany carefully tried several face masks until my mom found a couple that felt comfortable and would work for her. She also explained everything in detail, walking my mom through the entire process step by step.
My mom was initially very anxious and on edge about using a sleep PAP machine for the first time, but Brittany’s kindness and expertise helped her gain confidence. We are so grateful for her professionalism and compassion—she truly made a difference! Thank you, Brittany!

I was referred to Performance home medical by my doctor, and since then its been a chaotic quagmire of confusion and not knowing where I stand in the process. it took over a week to learn that my doctor hadn't submitted something correctly and I had to call them to have them send some more info over to PHM. Since then its been absolutely quiet on their front. I have no idea what the status of my situation is, I have had to fill out the same questionnaire for them 4 times now, I have to tell every rep the 3 separate things I need each time, and every call I end up feeling like i'm still at square one. I, as a person with severe apnea haven't been able to use my machine for over 2 weeks now because part of what I need is servicing on my machine, and with this proverbial spinning my tires in the mud with PHM, that clock keeps climbing. Suffice to say, I have not felt cared for or like PHM has any concern to get my case resolved.

It has been longer than 7 business days for insurance authorization for Medicare/Humana Advantage and TFL. You would think that this medical outfit would do any follow-up with insurances after 7 business days.
It seems that all that was needed was an inquiry into my prescription regarding my PAP. As soon as I made the inquiry, I received an email advising me that I would be receiving the Insurance Benefit forms within 48 hours of the receipt of the notification email. Today, I received the paperwork and signed all 5 pieces. I have increased the “star” rating to three because I actually received a response to my first customer survey rating. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the information requested via the survey response without a possible compromise of my personal data.
