Smooth and awesome buying experience! This is our second time in three years buying a car here. My wife and I were delighted to buy her new car at KIA of Everett. I have had my car 8 months and it's already breaking down. Was told the extended warranty would cover everything but navigation and yet here I am being told the warranty doesn't cover 2 of the 4 things it needs fixed on it. They sold me a car that they knew was breaking down and talked me into paying way extra for a warranty promising me it would cover all things besides the navigation when it doesnt.
