I ultimately ended up buying a vehicle but the process was not smooth. I got a car I wanted however communication was not good. I reserved a vehicle on Aug.23,2024 with $1000 that was "due on dock in Seattle by Sept.07th" or so I was told by the salesperson. My first follow-up on schedule call to salesperson was Sept 05, he said he would call me right back. No return call. I called again on Sept. 06, another promise to call back and no call back. I called again on Sept. 08. This time he tells me, "It is Transit" and "that is the best information I have at this time" I call sales manager and he tells me "I call you right back" No call back. I then contact Dealership website. Their website AI really lacks. However I did receive a call from a representative very quickly. The representative tells me "I get to the bottom of this".
"I'll call you right back" No call back. I called back the number late in the day on Sept 10th. The person asked if salesperson had called, No. "he will call you". He did call me "Car will be here on Saturday" yay!! I am now ready to pay for the car on Saturday. However, they present a mileage statement with 174 miles on the vehicle. I was told this car was right off the dock. No communication that they traded with another dealer until I questioned why so many miles. Very POOR Communication leads to very low trust!!! Bait and Switch? What happened to the vehicle I supposedly reserved with $1000?

I made an appointment with David Bollen and he helped me into a 2024 forte gt. This was my first new car and I can’t be more satisfied. Great experience at Kia of Everett.

We were assisted by Shek at kia of everett and he was amazing. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He did not pressure me. He gave us necessary info for us to make my own decision. He was able to help us get more discount. This is our first EV so we had a lot of questions regarding the technologies and he was so patient with us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a Kia. Thank you Shek!!!

David Bollen was who I worked with. He was absolutely the best sales person I could have had. I never felt pressured, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process of getting my new, 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kia of Everett, and particularly David!

Super disappointed once again with the service department. This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought here. 1st was through performance kia and now recently bought my sportage through Quincy. The sales department have always been awesome! The service department not so much. I told myself I would never buy another vehicle here because of the service department and how they treated me with my optima in not servicing the work when they claimed they did. Quincy reassured me that the service department had recently switched over new management and that they have seen a more positive outlook on better service.
My sportage was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter change on 9-9-24. This was my 2nd service from purchasing the vehicle. The 1st service, they recommended me getting new tires (I just purchased the vehicle 3 months prior as a certified pre owned, it should not be going through tires that fast), the 2nd service they told me that my tires are in great shape and would not recommend new tires but they did rotate them.
Got home, parked my car and my husband tells me that he can tell they did not rotate my tires. There's markings (scrapes, and discoloration) on my back driver side tire that resulted in an accident that happened a couple weeks ago. If kia of everett rotated my tires appropriately that tire would not be there. I did talked to Steve the service advisor about this issue and he said that they rotate the tires based on putting the best tread tires in the front. He also verified that the service technician couldn't remember if he had rotated my tires or not. Steve did comp me on a free tire rotation in my profile but the bigger picture is holding your team accountable and preventing this from happening again. My time is just as valuable as it is for the service department and it is frustrating.
I also want to point out that I cannot access my kia connect app to start my vehicle from my phone because its saying it is registered to another owner (the previous owner). Sales team said they need to reset it and will do that when I came in for my next service. The service department said it is a yearly subscription and they cannot reset it unless I pay $60. I would like to see the sales and service department have better communication with one another and give me a clearer answer as to what they can do for my kia connect issue.

Not sure what is going on at Kia of Everett. I had a great experience before the current owner. Two of my siblings purchased at Kia of Everett between 2021 and 2023 and had nothing good or bad to say of the experience. On my recommendation my mother went September of 2024. All she got was people trying to upsell her into something she didn't want. She was very clear she didn't want a lease or a hybrid she wants Kia Soul with a heated steering wheel. I am upset this is how my mother was treated. I cannot recommend Kia of Everett to friends and family anymore.

We had a great experience buying our car at Kia of Everett! Doug Schey was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to helping us find the right vehicle. We're very happy with our new Kia Niro and I couldn't recommend another Kia dealer in the Seattle-metro as much as Kia of Everett (Harnish Auto Family)!
