This pertains to a 125 dollar radiator, that they sold the other guy for 270 dollars, more than a 200 percent upcharge for a radiator that they wouldn't honor a warranty or replacement for.I had talked to the Seattle location about a radiator that is literally 10 days old from a car i had just bought, and they put one on hold at this location, no problem, the manager here, (Everett) screwed that up so i need to waste someone else's time to come down with me to get a new replacement radiator (because their new one was defective from the beginning again 10 days old)I think I'm more inclined to go literally anywhere else and buy a new radiator out right than deal with a company that pulls this garbage on a 10 day old radiator,If I could give them zero stars i would, I guess the one star is for the phone line working? they exist?anywhere else if you have something with a proof of you can get it exchange/replaced, how ever this company seems to avoid doing what's right.

Nobody else had a radiator for a Camry, not even local Toyota dealership. They made sure I bought the correct one. As there are two sizes for my year and engine size, and they carry both. Fast and courteses.

Used these guys once. Horrible decision. The part didn't fit in my car, so I brought it back. They begin to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the part and that I was trying to install it wrong. After going back and forth with them, they finally looked into it. Turns out they gave me the wrong part. Very rude and unprofessional. About 2 months later the radiator fails. I call them up and they basically told me they weren't going to warranty the part. Will never use them again!

Great pricing and quality parts. They stock lots of different car parts, not just radiators. You can save a lot compared to the auto parts stores.
