Petco (and pet stores in general) needs to stop bringing in birds especially exotic birds and caging them and harming their well being. Birds need to fly and not be caged for months in a small cage. They need socialization with birds or humans and to have time out of the cage for flight. The exorbitant prices also do not help both for the customer and for the bird's well being so they end up being stuck in the stores for months. Shame!

if you ever go to this store, please bring your sweet time with you at least an hour, because the people are inside very talkative and won't let you make selections when it comes to choose a fish, they will try to sell expensive products on you, plus they will give stupid reason not to get the any other fish, because your tank is too small, I never heard this before, yesterday they force me to get glofish and they died right away when I dumbed in the tank, so I brought the recipt still didn't get my money back, so I got goldfish which they were not selling it to me because my tank size is over 10 but not 20 , rubbish, this was my last time I'm giving them a business, sorry but I will not recommend this place

Compared to PetSmart, I really appreciate the level of knowledge the employees at this specific Petco location have compared to a lot of other pet stores. Usually you don't get such good service at chain pet stores, so I was really grateful for the advice and tips. Hannah and Judy were great! Even the cashiers were knowledgeable and knew who to pass you off to if they didn't personally know something. Will definitely come back!

They don't always have everything I need in stock and I've left empty handed more than once, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I do find what I need I'm satisfied with my purchase, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Overall good experiences shopping here for my pets!

Thankful for a pet store that carries a lot of different brands and sizes. I have a St Bernard mix, and typically, XXL and XL breed sizes have to be specially ordered, but they had our size in stock! Quite a few items have been out of stock when I go in, but they do seem to have quite the selection! Staff have always been kind when I'm there.
