To you…ANGELA of Petsmart Grooming salon, Everett Mall Way. What did you do to my puppy? You did an awful haircut!!! Very disappointed!!! If i could give a zero star, i would!!!
People, please do not make an appointment to this lady if you really want to go in this location. Please see photos of my poor puppy :(

I've been taking my cat to the PetSmart salon for nail trims for two months now, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I've received. The salon is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walk in the door, I know my cat is in good hands.
The groomers at PetSmart are truly professionals. They're gentle, patient, and know exactly what they're doing. My cat can be a bit finicky, but the groomers always manage to handle her with care and ease. They take the time to make sure she's comfortable and relaxed, which is a huge plus.
The nail trim process is quick and efficient. The groomers use high-quality equipment and take great care to avoid cutting the quick. My cat always looks and feels great after her appointments, and I appreciate the attention to detail the groomers bring to their work.
One thing that really sets PetSmart apart is the convenience of their salon services. I can just drop off my cat and let the groomers do their thing while I run errands or shop. They're always on schedule, and the prices are very reasonable.
I've tried other pet groomers in the past, but none have compared to the level of service and care I receive at PetSmart. The staff is always courteous and communicative, and they take the time to answer any questions I have about my cat's care.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the PetSmart salon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet groomer. The groomers are top-notch, and the service is always excellent. My cat gets the best nail trims, and I get peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

Great Place full of helpful people. I definitely enjoy going into a place and not having to track down a customer service representative to be assisted. This PetSmart in particular knocks it out of the park in that way.

Asked an associate to help me find omega 3 capsules and she asked me if I knew where they were. Why bother having someone working if they can’t actually help…
Update: horrible service. Called ahead to ensure item was in stock, no one seemed to have any helpful information, including the “manager”. Don’t waste your time or money here.

A couple of issues .
1. They don't have a large selection of the wet cat food my cat can eats. She is on prescription food for a sensitive stomach, which only has one kind (flavor).
Her vet also approved an alternative over the counter wet food in case my cat gets picky. The alternative canned wet food is actually dry and gritty. Plus, PetSmart only carries one kind (Chicken ) to pick from. The other issue is, the cans are the small "tiny" cans that cost almost as much as the prescription large can, just 19¢ less (Not including tax).
Since I'm paying so much for something my cat won't eat I'm looking into organic alternatives that I can get from Mudd Bay or somewhere similar. (Update: Mudd Bay doesn't carry anything for cats with sensitive stomachs)
Last, PetSmart has done what the grocery stores have done and upped prices and blamed it on the pandemic or inflation (Which is the alternative word for GREED). Update: I have started making wet cat food. It costs a lot less to buy chicken, boil it, then add some spinach, carrots and peas. My cat's been very happy.

We decided we prefer this PetSmart to the local Petco near Walmart. It seems larger, brighter, and with more selection. Uniformity makes finding what you need so easy. Prices comparable to Petco.

They could have a larger selection for reptile/ terrarium and aquarium supplies, but overall I'm happy to shop here. The staff is courteous and helpful too.
