Arrived late. Said between 4 & 5. called said can the come early at 3, I replied 3:15 is good. Later the said keep it to 4. Arrived at 5:430. Said traffic was bad. however they did a great job moving the baby grand. I said 5' but it was 5'6". They did not charge anymore.

I recently used Piano Moving Art to move a 1929 Chickering grand Ampico player piano. These are very difficult to move because of the fragile mechanical works extending below the piano. Piano Moving Art was very careful and performed excellent work in transporting my piano and setting it up. I've restored pianos since the 1970s and used many movers. Very efficient & friendly service. We’ve used this company twice so far and had an excellent experience both times. Even though they work quickly, they don’t sacrifice care on keeping your piano safe; they work like a well oiled machine & I never had to worry that our piano would be damaged in the moving process. Definitely consider Piano Moving Art if you need your piano moved!

Easily the best Piano Moving service around. If I ever need to move my piano again, I know who to call. I have a tight, bending staircase and they were able to get it up and around no problem without any scratches. 6/5 rating

Arthur and his team of piano movers did such a great job moving my clients Baby Grand piano from Queen Anne to Ballard! Navigating steps and wood floors with the massive piano can be nerve wracking. Arthur moved it successfully. Arthur was also fantastic at scheduling the move quickly and professionally. Thank you Arthur!

The people weren't nice. They didn't bring covers for their shoes and when I asked about it, they were rude. He said we don't have it, give us if you have it.. They didn't want to remove shoes, that's understandable but being rude isn't justified. They caused some small discoloration of walls and when I mentioned it, the guy was rude again, he said we cannot fly to 2nd floor, just wash it with towel and warm water. It was a mere half and hour job and I paid them whatever they demanded .. kinda very high amount for half an hour job. The job was fine but I'd never hire them again. You can't be rude and disrespectful to customer who's paying you.

I was terrified to move my century-old unliftable piano from our split level home - the memories of getting it in to the upper level still haunt my family. However, Piano Moving Art crew were fantastic! Responsive, punctual, skilled, attentive, they have moved my beast effortlessly! Highly recommend them!

I was concerned about finding someone to move a piano from Sequim to Seattle at a reasonable price. Art and his guys were amazing! We had a baby grand piano to move a distance of a couple hours drive, with some challenges at the pickup site.These guys were so efficient and took good care of our purchase, and also the homes to/from delivery sites.An absolute pleasure to do business with them!!!

I was extremely impressed with Artur and his crew. I hired them to help move a pool table to my house last week. They were actually one of the only moving companies that said they would do it after I checked with about 10 companies. Artur was extremely friendly and also very communicative during the entire process. He gave me a quote very quickly, which I felt was a really fair price and especially after hearing other moving companies, and even some of them being "pool table" moving companies tell me they couldn't move it due to where it needed to be moved from. I would highly recommend Artur and his crew for any moving job you need! Thanks so much again, Artur!

I had a crazy last minute request (next day!) heavy old piano to move. They were quick to respond to my text, rearranged their schedule to accommodate. They arrived at pick up and destination on time. Friendly, professional (still not sure how two guys moved this beast of a piano). Great experience!

This is the kindest, most responsive, most professional group of men I’ve ever worked with. I called them late on a Saturday afternoon in a panic because I was out of state and the people refinishing my floor had put my piano on the front porch and were going to leave it there, and they showed up an hour later and moved it safely indoors. They also scheduled a time to return and put it back, and are helping me to transport the lid for touch up since the people who refinished my floors scuffed it. They have been nothing but incredibly kind and went out of their way to get my piano indoors and safe at the very last minute. They moved my piano with the utmost care, and placed it in the perfect spot when they moved it back in. I highly recommend them and I will never use anyone else! If you need your piano moved there is no one better or more kind.
