First off I used to work for Mark and Phil at that place and I know that they hold there employees to a high standard as they work on crazy expensive cars. The fact that I will ONLY go there says a lot from a former employee. Phil goes out of his way to find you good deals. Do your self a favor and take your car here.

I don't live in Washington and needed help to order durable vehicle floor mats for our daughter's birthday. Via the weather tech website, I found the phone number for a dealer in Everett. I called the number and Phil answered. I explained what I was looking for, he did research, called me the next day to let me know he found the mats (gave me good recommendations and at a fair price) then said they would be ready for pick-up the next day. He called my daughter to let her know her mats were ready for pick-up. She said he was very nice and she loves the mats. I told Phil that when we come visit our daughter, we will stop by the store to say Hello! This was the best online/over the phone customer service I have ever received.

My experience has been excellent, I highly recommend them. They have provided service on all 3 of my cars. They are my go to for tires and brakes. I have had problems at other bigger name brand tire shops, it is nice to find a honest shop I can trust.

I was passing through Everett today & I stopped by Point S to get air in my tire. Everyone (Jim & Phil) that I met were incredibly polite, friendly, professional. I was back on the rode in less than 30 minutes!! Great group of guys. Very thankful for their help.
Ps: the women’s restroom was very nice & not grease monkey “ish”. lol!!

Bad first customer service experience. The man was rude to my partner over the phone by having an attitude and gave passive aggressive comments. We were looking to get her car’s brake fluid replaced and we were recommended this place for the first time. Unfortunately the dude seemed to be having a bad day and was disrespectful and was impatient when my partner asked questions. he told her to slow down when asking to spell her name and sounded more upset at her when he couldn’t hear her. He expected her to know what time the store opens and when she should come in. Stated “well we open at 8 so…” and??? We were not given a quote, but we would’ve followed through with the appointment if they were nice and wanting to listen to us just over the phone.

Marc and the boys always take really good care of me and my family. I’ve brought numerous sets of tires from Point S as well as other parts for my vehicles. Top rated place. Highly recommended.

I had the opportunity to speak with Phil, not only was he professional and efficient but he provided overall fantastic customer service. He was able to get back to me quickly and work within my budget range for a full set of tires on a short notice. I highly recommend this shop.

Great tire store with first class service! Had a problem with an oil sensor and leaving on a long trip. The team at point S went to work, found the sensor and stayed after hours to get me on the road. I highly recommend this store for tires or any service they offer. Thanks Point S! You got my business!
