I was a customer for 14 years until sold to new owners and have had some mail "Returned to Sender, No Box Here." During this time, my box rent was paid in full and active. In addition, I have had an unknown person's voting ballot placed in my mailbox. Will no longer be using this service due to the incompetence.

I came in today with my son to ship a couple of things, and the new owner was helpful and kind. He asked my son questions and showed him some of the packaging equipment, which made our fairly dull errand memorable. I often go to the post office, but this was way easier and more enjoyable!

Was in the neighborhood and needed to drop off 2 small (9x6x2”) boxes with prepaid USPS labels already on them. He told me it was $2 each to drop them off. I just walked out and found the mailbox at Safeway.
CHARGING to hold the box until the USPS comes and picks it up the next day?!?!
Come on man.

Stopped in to mail a couple letters, late morning on a Wednesday. Waited briefly for the customer ahead of me to finish and was helped by the owner. Super friendly, quick and easy service.

Great service, informative, gave me all the options for international shipping - USPS, FedEx, UPS and other options. Turned out to be cheaper than the post office itself and no long queues. Highly recommend

Website states they provide notary services and office are open until open until 6pm. Showed up at 5:30pm and was turned away, they only do that until 5. Plenty of people working there and I’m sure someone there could’ve done it.
