If I could give 0 stars I would.They made me get papers in Honduras that cost me good money to bring to get the "ITIN" to add a depend. Several times I called saying that the employee I wanted to add is from Honduras and that I was going to send for the papers from Honduras. The day before the appointment he called me to confirm the paperwork and I still explained the papers I had and he told me it was fine.I drove an hour and a half to get here only to be told "You can't do it in Honduras." THE LACK OF EMPATHY TOWARD OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY AND TIME IS ABOMINABLE.
