Had a great experience today! The employee helping me named Traxton was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with my storage unit!! They even caught a pricing issue caused by an email typo and fixed it right away. Really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service! Definitely deserves a raise 👍🏻

I just started renting a storage unit here, and Michelle was amazing! She was very friendly, patient when it came to all of my questions, and very knowledgeable. She was nothing short of excellent and I hope I see her around as I move my things in and out!

Price gouging and bad layout. Moved in 3/30/2025 @ $123 per month. Received notice on 6/25/25 that 8/1/25 bill will increase 40% to $172. Called same day and site offered to bring it down to $160 as well as contact regional manager. Never got a response back. Expect massive unreasonable increases every 6 months. Beware of facility if you're using a trailer or larger vehicle. Steep slopes with terraced steps on the sides with little room to maneuver. Neighborhood is also very sketchy.

Dealing with hardships and struggles trying to get my possessions out after surviving a horrible toxic marriage I just need a place to store my things the representative was polite and positive 🤔 told me unit was on right or left finally found unit only to already has a lock OCCUPIED WHY NOT WALK WITH CUSTOMER TO UNIT AND VERIFY OVER 35 mins waiting to get clarification on my unit rep is gone I call customer service and they say 6-8 weeks for refund😡 find another place to rent a storage this place is awful have not moved in yet but paid waiting over an hr now NOTHING EVERETT PUBLIC STORAGE IS GREAT AS WELL AS ANTHEM GOOD LUCK OUT THERE I JUST LIKE TO INFORM THE PEOPLE SHOP AND SPEND WHERE YOUR BUSINESS IS VALUED AND YOU ARE APPRECIATED 💯💯💯
