Do NOT store your belongings here if you value them. Our unit was COVERED in rat feces and urine. Oh and don’t bother with the insurance they try to sell to you when you get the unit. It won’t cover ANYTHING unless you’ve managed to keep receipts for every single item you own and store there. All of my babies things RUINED. All of my family antiques RUINED. Everything in my unit is RUINED. All of my families belongs collected over the years RUINED and public storage employees wouldn’t allow us to put the stuff THEY failed to keep safe in their dumpster. So not only do they ruin your shit but they expect you to pay to dump your ruined shit too. Absolutely NOT. The groundskeeper pointed out where they more than likely had gotten into the unit because the cement UNDER the door was FALLING APART leaving a gap between the door and floor. For 200+ dollars a month for a single unit, shame on you guys for not doing any due diligence. We’ve paid well over 1,000 dollars to store our things here just to have them ruined and now tossed out.

The absolute worst storage! My unit got broken into and they have the nerve to increase my rent over and over again. The place is infested with rats. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that is more secure!

Accidentally was late leaving one night. 2 drunk employees that live upstairs of office held me hostage and refused to assist me getting out. Finally 2hours later the Everett Police came to rescue me and proceeded to inform me that the Employees had no intentions of letting me out at that night and that I should immediately file formal complaints within the proper corporate channels regarding this case. The employees were obviously and clearly intoxicated driving an old white Lexus and one other old compact car.
PS- This event aside, don’t store here! The RAT PROBLEM EXTENDS BEYOND THE MANAGEMENT HERE!!!! The RAT PROBLEM IS FULLY OUT OF CONTROL! Read other reviews! You’ve been warned !
