Everyone was so wonderful, patient, and understanding when I brought my dog Miles in for an ACL tear. I've brought my other dog, Clara, in before and received the same treatment. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been so impressed with Puget Park Vets entire team, I can’t say enough good things. They are so supportive and kind, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. The compassion of each and every member of their staff is what really impressed me though. They care so deeply for the dogs they see and even went out of their way to go above and beyond to support me with words of encouragement and resources when I found myself having temporary custody of and responsibility for a clients dogs. They were just phenomenal! I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone.

Best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing and were super accommodating to my fur baby girl! They made both of us feel extremely comfortable especially it being our first visit to a vet in many years. I want to thank the two doctors who we saw for the visit, they were so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. My pup was nervous as heck and they made her feel so much better. Everyone was amazing! This will definitely be our new home vet.
Update: this is still the best Vet clinic in Washington state. My dog just had emergency surgery a few days ago, and I can’t rave enough about how well they have treated her. She went in for Pyometra which is a life threatening condition. They have been working diligently with me for the last week. Any moment I’ve had a concern they have answered my questions and eased my mind. They’ve been in consistent contact with me before, during & after the surgery. My pup started feeling sick after the surgery and they were on it! Giving me every option to help make her feel better. Every solution imaginable. They genuinely care. When your precious baby is going through something so intense, you need a great team behind them. THIS is that team. Every single person I have come into contact with from the front desk, to the vet assistants to the primary vet doc, cardiologist to the surgeon. Their promptness is impressive so I had to write another review. I can’t thank them enough. They are the absolute best in this state.

We had our first visit with Dr Johnson today and Wow, were we ever Impressed! She spent lots of time with us reviewing our little dogs symptoms, history and previous records and then she did a physical exam, ordered appropriate X-rays and gave us a preliminary prescription for our pup to relieve some of her coughing symtoms until the Radiologist reviews the films and they can consult together to get to a more specific diagnosis.
We felt great about the plan of treatment for our little Charlie-Girl, and we look forward to working with this Dr/Clinic in the future! The Entire team was So kind, Polite and Professional! Thank you so much for listening to us and taking the time to answer all our questions about our beloved pup! Sincerely, John and Stacey

This was our first veterinary clinic in the area, and we brought both of our cats here. At first, everything seemed fine, but over time we realized that wasn’t the case.
One of my cats had a dental surgery where many teeth were removed at once, and just a month later he passed away. I understand it may have been a coincidence, but it was heartbreaking.
Our second cat was diagnosed here with chronic intestinal inflammation. While the diagnosis was correct, the clinic never gave us a real treatment plan — only endless tests and vague advice to “just wait.” Her symptoms were only masked, not treated. I had to turn to another clinic, where we finally received proper care and now she is doing well.
I used to recommend Puget Park, but I cannot anymore. Every visit left me feeling that money was more important than my pets’ health. I do not recommend this clinic and suggest looking elsewhere for real veterinary care.

I had been going to Puget Park Vet for the past 6 or 7 years with all my pets. However, in the past couple of years, we've noticed a distinct downward trend in their care of our animals. The last straw was my visit last week. We brought two of our cats in and they kept getting them mixed up (even sent the wrong estimates multiple times for the cats). Then we got lab results back and an email stating one of the cats has chronic kidney disease. No phone call, no conversation, nothing. We're not even 100% sure they have the results with the right cat. Then the vet sent me an email saying not to give grain free food to cats (who are obligate carnivores) because it gives them heart disease, but the link she sent as backup said it can give it to DOGS but there is NO evidence of that in cats. And with the other cat, they thought they detected a heart murmur and wanted me to do an echocardiogram (with no reason as to why), but at the next visit, no murmur was detected. So was it even there in the first place? They still want the echocardiogram. It's starting to feel like a money grab.
Now we are going to have to start over somewhere else, which is disappointing, but I can't trust them with my fur babies.

I have been bringing my pets here for 8 years. Even after moving from the area I still bring my dog to this vet because I trust the care she will receive.

Prices are fair. My partner had a good experience with one vet when he brought our cat in. I don’t know what her name was, but he said she was very kind and knowledgable. When we came for our dog it was a whole other story. Christine Coleman came off as judgmental, condescending, and made some snide remarks in the hallway that I heard before she walked into the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian gave us lots of tips to help with our kittens diarrhea.
All the tests and appointment fees were lower priced than my previous vet.

Was able to get in quickly and was able to get out for less than I thought it would cost.

We've been going here with our dogs and cat for years. They've always treated us well and cost isn't as high as some other places.

I got my kitten established here for a veterinarian. The staff there is wonderful they seem to care and we're very compassionate with my cat.
Their service is prompt and results if you get any testing done came back fairly quickly.
Definitely recommend this vet
